Do you desire to align harmoniously with your soul self and personal truth? When you are not aligned with your soul self and personal truth, you don’t feel good. You may be walking around sluggish, fatigued, overwhelmed, and just plain unhappy. If you are are anxious and fearful, ask yourself if these thoughts and feeling are serving you? Are they matched with what you want, or what you do not?
What is your soul self? Your soul self is who you are. It is not what you look like. It’s not your occupation or profession. It has nothing to do with nationality. It is who you are inside. It can never be taken from you, and it will never die. It is immaterial and immortal. It is a light that shines from within that is authentically you. Your soul has meaning and a purpose. It has a mission. It is part of your identity, which is why it is vitally important for you to align with it.
What is your personal truth? Your "personal truth” is what you believe. It is what you have learned and accepted as "truth”. It is your perceptions, intentions, motivations. It is the prayers you pray, and the meditations and mantras you recite. Your personal truth is what you enjoy. It is what makes you happy, or unhappy, motivated or discouraged. It is who you are, and what you think about when you are alone. It is who you wish you could be in front of others. It is what you would say if you had the courage. You may think it is your “alter ego”, but that is who you are.
Aligning your Soul Self with Personal Truth. Sadly, some people go through their entire lives without ever aligning the two, or for that matter with either. Their life is filled with regret because they did not have the courage to listen to the callings of their soul. They were afraid of not fitting in, or perhaps being judged.
You can’t expect to feel happy, if you are separated from who you really are and what you believe in. If you are living separated from your soul, you are also separated from God. This happens when you get caught up in the hectic and sometimes chaotic pace of life, outside yourself.
Make an adjustment in perception. Sometimes you will discover that even though things are turned upside down, there is a splendid view. Look at the situation from various angles. Play with it. When you find the perception that fills you with a sense of hope or promise, you are headed in the right direction. Keep taking steps towards what makes you feel good. You will know that you are “home” by the way you feel. Home is the place you rest with a sense of security. When you are aligned with your soul, you are home.
Learn to live above your circumstances, no matter what they are. Now that you’ve stepped out of the reality of your current situation, and are joyfully basking in your beautiful, peaceful loving space, practice going there daily, by making time to meditate or pray. Live and "be" in that space. Stop what ever you are doing when you find yourself getting caught up in a moment feeling fearful, worried or aggravated, and breathe. Take a few deep cleansing breaths. Visualize and imagine all the tension flowing out of your body as your soul fills each space with love.
Walk in truth, act in truth, and allow your true voice to sing a beautiful song to the world. You will feel magnificent and empowered. The deliberate intention of “being" who you are, gloriously aligned with your personal truth, and connected joyfully with your soul self, will immediately fill you with feelings of hope, even in the darkest of times. You will feel confident knowing, your dreams, aspirations and desires are on their way as you courageously walk towards them.
Hope gives you the ability to take a glimpse at what is to come. You are aligned with your personal truth and soul self. As a result of that alignment you are bound to happiness, and abundance by divine design. It is part of who you are. You are no longer separated from it.
Match your intention each and every moment with what you want. Practice gratitude and thankfulness every day, and what you want will be drawn to you. You have the ability to choose between a miracle or a grievance. The choice is yours. This dictates directly how you will feel in each and every moment.
Shift your perception. Shifting your perception is merely a matter of listening to your heart. Listen to your soul. Your perceptions directly influence your deposition, happiness, health and overall state of wellness. You are the only one that can change your attitude. You are the only one that can change your life by being a mindful and deliberate creator of your thoughts. Take the focus off the storms in your life, and practice gratitude for what you have now, while waiting patiently with expectancy for what will come.
Don’t be a slave to fear. You are a child of God. Knowing this, allows you to surrender. When you place your cares on the altar, God is in control. Do your part everyday , but know that everything will fall into place according to Gods will and perfect timing. If you are waiting for life to be easy and predictable, you may be waiting a long time. There will always be hills to climb, and dark valleys to journey through. What appears to be a terrible situation could be an opportunity for you to learn and grow. Think of a set back as a set up for something even better. Mercy and grace will fill the spaces that were once filled with fear and worry Celebrate your liberation from fear.
Look for beauty. When you set your intention to look for the beauty in the world , and in your life, you will not only find beauty everywhere, you will find God. When you find God, you will receive peace. Align with your personal truth and soul self and you will feel empowered. You will live victoriously, and harmoniously.

Hi, Gia - I liked reading this, but may I ask that it be revisited to pay particular attention to the amount of "you" statements there are here?
Recommended title: The Fine Alignment of Our Personal Truth and Soul Self
Borrowing the very last paragraph, may I offer the following as a possible example? (The others would need to be reviewed and amended to some degree.)
When setting out to look for the beauty in the world and our daily life, [Or--As we make the intention to seek the beauty in our daily life and out in the world,] be open to discovering [witnessing] the splendor and blessings of God. Once we find God, we receive peace. The fine alignment of our personal truth and soul self helps us feel empowered to live victoriously and harmoniously. [This final line then echoes the title.]
