Dear Ommies. After three distinctive failed attempts to migrate the writer’s platform to the Ning 3.0 New platform, I have tried to rebuild this community on two other community platforms. They were more modern but presented severe limitations to the regular functionalities of the OMTimes Community. They were not easy to navigate and were very demanding in terms of…See More

Heart Break: The Realization of Our Greatness

Heartbreak is one of the most trying, difficult and hurtful processes

we can go through. Heart break is not just an emotional state but can

induce real patho-physiologic feelings of pain in the heart. It has

been said that the "most sexual organ is the brain and the organ of

most intelligence is truly the heart". We often think a lot with…

Essential Oils For Your Yoga Practice

Essential oils are the pure essence of plants, extracted for their healing, cleansing and magical properties. Thanks for your comment on my post :

" Hello Janet,  I would like to refer this article to submission, but for that, you will need to post a bio, with 60-70 words and two links: One website and one for social media."
I would love to have it submitted!
I entered the info of bio and links in the form when I signed up but I don't see how to add that to my profile, or did you mean to add it to my post?

I work full time in science & engineering, and I have two young children. I honestly don't think that I will be able to manage writing one original article per month for OM Times.  I'm not a professional writer, and my articles tend to have lots of references, so they take me quite a bit of time. This is why I clicked 'disagree' on that button. More realistic for my schedule would probably be 2-3 articles per year. At least I'm honest :).

I think some of my experiences and writings about healing myself and my family from unsolvable chronic illness might of interest to OMTIMES readers.  I could publish them on my own website, but I think they will find greater resonance on your site.

I just published my first article in the writers community. You can decide if it makes sense to publish the article or not.

In any case, I thank you for your work in bringing the spiritual aspect of life to the forefront.
