J.B. Mason is an author, teacher, TV host, and producer of a video series called Designed for Movement. She specializes in showing people how to function the way they evolved to eliminate pain, recover from injury, improve skills and more. The approach is based on how the mind-body connection, congruent with the new science, really works.
