Profile Information

Please provide a brief Author Bio ( 60 to 100 words maximum, please. )
Raised and educated in South Africa, I have always been passionate about animals (and animal spirits in general) and the rich spiritual community of the Xhosa people in my area (Nelson Mandela's 'tribe')
I wrote the New South African social/political report for World Vision and also worked on wildlife documentary films for Londolozi Film Productions (sub Leopard Entertainment), which involved interacting with sangomas (tribal healers), researching beliefs from the Tokoloshi to Mindful Healing and wildlife habitat/behaviour.
I have always been fascinated in reincarnation and the spirit realm, having had visitations and personal experiences myself.
Even more so since my father passed away and I had a near death experience myself.
I am also about to embark on a course in Animal Communication as well as being a member of the Steiner community in my area (where my daughter attends school).
I currently freelance and produce two regular monthly columns on health and travel for a media company in Western Australia (for an over 45's lifestyle paper)
In addition to my freelance work, I run a small sanctuary for rescued horses and other animals (many orphaned and damaged from the Black Saturday Fires in Feb 2009).
I am very open minded, but predominantly Buddhist in my belief systems.
Are there additional websites where you can be found?
The only website I personally have is my own private site, which is currently about to receive a complete overhaul (it is eight years old now!) with the impending publication of my children's book ...Soon to be released.
My personal website is
