Kathryn Remati is a San Francisco based certified meditation teacher and creator of ‘Tranquil Me’ meditation app for world peace-one peaceful person at a time. She is a health instructor for Kaiser Permanente and gained a BA in Psychology and MA in Organizational Behavior in Australia. She is presently writing a meditation memoir and running guided meditation workshops.
