Profile Information

Please provide a brief Author Bio ( 60 to 100 words maximum, please. )
I’m an inspirational, motivational speaker, coach, consultant, mentor, host of the Kitty Talks podcast and co creator of The Network for Transformational Leaders, a global transformation work non profit and peer group.
My life went full circle after a nervous breakdown in my twenties, depression, drug and alcohol abuse. This dissatisfaction and disconnection from life lead me down the personal development route. I launched Kitty Talks in April 2017, a social enterprise set ‘to inspire a generation of change-makers to follow their passion and purpose and make a difference on the planet.’
My motto: Embrace life, have no regrets!
