Silver Threads - Life is an Action!

Reflection: “Truth is given, not to be contemplated, but to be done. Life is action, not a thought.” F.W. Roberston Thought, Introspection… Contemplation, the act of scrutinizing, surveying and observing is an important aspect of many of our daily events. Just about every act we perform in what may appear to be repetitive, autonomic routines, requires or required at one point in time some measure of thinking, of contemplation. True? I believe so. Pause for a momentand reflect as to whether or…See More

Grace exists everywhere! It is inside, outside, all around us. It is that unseen hand, the inexplicable strength that comes from the Divine touching us when we least expect it and most need it. Silver Threads, Pride and Loneliness

Reflection: “Pride gets in the way when we tell ourselves we are strong and that we shouldn’t burden others with our problems."      Yehuda Berg The tank is empty…When we are hurting deep, down inside, there is a thought that tells us, ‘do not bother anybody with this problem. They have their own problems. I should be able to handle this myself.’ Or, ‘people will think the worst of me.’ Thoughts such as these promote and insure emptiness, isolation and separation. Each person takes the sum…See More

Finding Strength

Reflection: “We all have times in our lives when we think we don’t have the strength to carry on. You do and You can"    Michael BergMounting pressure…I am sure you can think of a time or two in your life when the pressure to perform, do or be became so intense, you told yourSelf you could not take another step, would not be able to manage one more moment of stress. Silence and Speech

“Speech is the small change of silence.” George MeredithGreat power…Here is another thought provoking quote, this one by Yehuda Berg: “There is great power in being quiet and letting someone have your total attention.” A question to ponder – how often do you fill a pin-dropping silent space with talk because there is an energy of discomfort in the room; whether in a group, a part of a twosome, or by yourself! I write all the time. I talk all the time too (says my husband! he swears I have more than the usual 10,000 female words a day) so I'm doing my best to be out there in the public speaking to groups about making life a celebration. Have a great Saturday and Sunday too! love, warm hugs and cuddles, marsha

Dearest Marsha,

Slowly, but surely, I am returning to "my world" after 12 days on the road. The presentations were very rewarding and the people we met were wonderful! It is a joyous existence when we follow our stars and call upon the energy of the heart to fulfill our earthly contracts!
Blessings,
Joy
