Faith is something we all have. We always have faith in some things at all times. It used to really bother me when I would hear people say that they were “powerless” over something. That word never sat well with me for some reason, and now I know why. Perception creates our reality. If we believe that we are powerless over something, then we are, but the second we realize that our powerlessness is an illusion then our power is restored.

Thoughts are a very powerful form of energy. They come into our mind at random and overstay their welcome most of the time. They are truly like an uninvited guest in our home. Individually we have nothing at all to do with them, but the ego likes to stake a claim in them calling them our own.
