Helping our children to deal with their emotions is a vital part of parenting. Emotions are not necessarily a bad thing, but we as parents can get upset if we see anger or sadness or frustration expressed in our children. A dynamic speaker, Sandra delivers talks about spirituality and personal development at events and seminars, in addition to teaching her own courses and workshops. Sandra also works with children teaching mindfulness meditation to students through schools.

We all experience a range of emotions on a daily basis. Increasingly however, spiritually minded people tend to shun painful emotions, believing that they should be beyond such feelings and living in a state of bliss!
