Most of us have been advised to take some “R and R” at some point in our lives; time for rest and relaxation. Sarah Calvert is a Kundalini Yoga teacher, mantra musician, singer-songwriter and published author. Formerly a high-school English Literature teacher, she turned her love of the written and spoken/sung word over to more creative endeavours. She’s produced four albums and has written a book of memoir based on her travels. Always a teacher, she seeks to uplift and inspire through her music and words. She’s based in BC Canada, but spends much of her time exploring the world teaching and performing. She believes music and sharing stories is a powerful way to connect and relate to one another.
