I live in Berkely, just moved here recently. I've lived many places, many of them being alone in the wilderness, in canyons, mountains, caves, forests, beaches, deserts. And cities, such as Florida State, where I got my MA in English, and taught at FSU, and Memphis, where I taught at Memphis State, and Iowa City, where I taught and obtained my MFA in writing. I most recently lived a year and a third in rural Alabama, for the last part of my father's life.
I have over 170 creative writing publications in magazines, several chapbooks published, and a book of short stories called Lucid Membrane, put out by Night Publishing. I also have a book called Tantric Metaportals, and a DVD set called Tantric Lucidity. I teach Experimental Fiction Writing online, and edit Exclusive Magazine.
I promote Lucid Fiction, which is a kind of experimental fiction, but which applies far beyond that to the very lucidifying of this fictional world we live in, person by person, all one field. In Lucid Fiction, we don't need to be addicted to plot based on conflict. Characters don't stop at the skin but can exist in their whole selves. Topics can include those things forbidden to be taken seriously by literary fiction generally, such as energy healing, aliens, telepathy....
We're all playing our roles.
And we're all all of it. But in this body, bouncing around on the spider web, I'm Tantra. One etymology of that name is The Web.
