If all of existence was created in the Big Bang, then everything is entangled matter.
That means that we live in something similar to One Giant Single Celled Animal.
If we take action in one area of the cell… it’s felt throughout the whole cell… and the cell also has an equal reaction.
And every thought also produces feelings within the cell and thus the cell reacts with equal reaction.
And if our minds are part of the atoms that came from the Big Bang then they…Continue

Recently when I was conducting a workshop I was asked this question: ÔøΩI am a single mom with two young children and work fulltime. Between the times I wake up, to the time I go to bed, I do not have any time to sit quietly, let alone meditate. Can you help me?ÔøΩ
Here is my simple reply to her:
Self help is the best help. You are blessed with infinite potential. You just have to look within and around you and acknowledge the blessings in your life every day. You wanted to be a…Continue

Be the Change
~ Be the change you wish to see in the world ~
Realize that if you are the change you wish to see, that you
are fighting against the current and that you will often fall.
You must get up and keep going. Change does not come
easily, even to those who want it. You must be an advocate,
an inspiration, a model. You must be willing to take the hurt,
the pain and the knocks. You must sacrifice for the greater

You can make your own laundry detergent and it is easy. Start with 1 liter of boiling water and add to that 2 cups of finally grated bar soap like Ivory (Use Some Sort of Simple Basic Soap with no fragrance) and let dissolve. Then pour into a bucket and add 2 cups of Borax Powder and 2 cups of Washing Soda and add enough water to make 8 liters. Dissolve everything and place in large plastic container and use ¼ cup per load of laundry. If you want to make things whiter then add a cup…Continue
If you have a challenge with someone in your life, perhaps your spouse, how do you handle it?
Do you react first and then calm down later?
What about working from a different perspective?
When you are in the middle of your challenge separate yourself mentally for 3 seconds.
See yourself and your role in what’s going on… see how you’re reacting to the situation.
Now visualize yourself again… but as your Higher Self… see yourself outside of…Continue

Get ready for more questions than answers, and one answer that makes no sense.
What do you think? Is this an objective or subjective world? Is the essence of reality spiritual or material? Is it "out there" or "in here?" Is this a knowing universe or a blind dumb one? Is life simply a case of what-you-see-is-what you get, or does it have a deeper meaning and purpose?

You can make your own tooth powder, just take 3 parts baking soda and 1 part salt and mix it together and store in a glass container. Wet your toothbrush and dip it into your powder and brush away and then wet your brush again and brush some more. I use this powder all the time and it’s really does a good job of cleaning my teeth, gums, and tongue. And it helps keep your breath sweet too! You can also make a nice tooth paste by adding 6 teaspoons of glycerin to every cup of…Continue
We are emotional beings, but when we have the same emotions all the time we become addicted to that particular emotion.
We crave that emotion so much that we unconsciously create life scenarios that end up creating more of that particular emotion. These emotions create neuropeptides in the brain that lock into locations on every cell in the body.
And when the body is flooded over and over again with these chemicals the cells crave these chemicals.
The chemicals are so…Continue

Sometimes we need to take a look in the rear view mirror to receive new insight regarding what has happened in our past. Like me, you may have experienced intense moments in the past and perhaps are curious to view a new perspective on what has transpired.
Over time we may experience the same events with different people. Dealing with an issue we may have had with a sister when a teenager: now dealing with the same issue with a co-worker as an adult. We may be experiencing…Continue

The following conversation was between the Buddha and King Pasenadi from the book Old Path, White Clouds:
"Teacher Gautama, there are people who say you advise people not to love. They say you have said that the more a person loves, the more he will suffer and despair. I can see some truth in that statement, but I am unable to find peace with it. Without love,…Continue

Love is still in the air and although you can’t actually “see” this force of nature, you can EXPERIENCE the fruit of its’ labor. Earlier in the month we explored the insight provided from Buddha to his student. Another perspective on the perfect love can be found in the Bible, and many of us are familiar with the passage that describes the divine love that we each have the potential to…Continue

In the past few months I’ve been moved to revelations by some of the most random and potentially non-enlightening things.
The first one was a sign in my cousin’s home which read, ‘What if the Hokey Cokey Really is…Continue

Moringa is a tree that grows in the tropic and it’s also called “The Drumstick Tree”, I have one growing in my front yard.
Moringa is a new herb on the market. Moringa is full of great amino acids, vitamins, and minerals… and Moringa contains more that 4 times the amount of beta-carotene found in carrots, lots more Vitamin C than what you find in oranges. It also contains 2 to 3 times the amount of protein found in many dairy products. Full of calcium, and more than 7 times the…Continue

Some say freedom is important.
Some say peace is important.
Some say love is important.
Yet the same man
Does nothing when freedom is threatened.
Does nothing when peace is interrupted.
Does nothing when those he loves are in harms way.
Our priorities are clear… but actions speak louder than words.
People of wisdom align their actions with their words.
