For me, walking is meditation. I walk and walk and my mind goes blissfully blank, and then it starts to fill with all kinds of inspiration and ideas. A couple of weeks ago, I was happily walking in the New Forest, a place filled with incredible scenery and ancient energy. Imagine my surprise when I passed a huge dead tree and realised my next post would be about death.
Even after that initial revelation, it hasn’t fallen easily into place. Something was missing, pieces here…Continue

It is so common today that we do not take the time to truly care for our body and to understand its significance in this miracle called Life.
What is the true purpose of our body in our Spiritual Path? How can we find time to slow down and meditate on the wondrous miracle, the body, where our Spirit resides? How in our busy day-to-day life can we make time for ourselves in order to keep our bodies properly tuned? What can we do when illness strikes, to heal and return ourselves to…Continue

Creating Soul Synchronicity
by Judi Lynch
As we grow and spiritually evolve, we become more "soul aware" by discovering the tools we need to manifest and create the synchronicity we need to realize our life purposes. Your soul knows why you're here. It knows your themes, purposes, karmic debts and past lives. Your ego self only understands the reality of what is now and immediate. When we are operating from the ego self, we battle with our souls for command…Continue

Life can be perfection… even during dark times.
Life is what it is... life’s been working for eons.
Have you asked someone what they desire to be more like and they reply “to be courageous”? It takes courage to admit we desire more courage.
Many of our current wishes are waiting for us to become courageous enough to take the first step. It takes courage to move forward despite voices in our head saying, “it is too hard”, “you need more time”, “don’t be foolish”, or ” don’t open yourself up”. Courage is moving through standing waves of limited beliefs and being ok with…Continue

The trunk of the great tree is connected
To its branches that are connected to its leaves
The trunk connects to the roots
Who are embedded in the earth
that drinks the rain that has fallen from the clouds
Who are highlighted by the sun
that warmed the wind
That rustles through the leaves
attached to the branches
which hold the nest that houses the bird
who flies down in the warm wind
To land on the rain…Continue

Some people are confused about ascension, change, higher vibrations and more.
None of that matters, go inside and find your own answers.
As we go through our spiritual journey, learning what it truth and what is an illusion can be one of the most difficult passages to make. It seems just when we think we have it all figured out, something will happen, we will read something new, or listen to someone's opinion on what is reality. When these crossroads come up it is so easy to get caught up in other people's thoughts and completely loose our memory of who we really are. We may even feel like we are starting out all over…Continue
