Can Voice Defy Gravity? Have you ever watched yourself be pulled down by heavy emotions? Your voice is stuck in your throat and your heart is heavy. Drowning in a swamp of crocodile tears, your intuition tells you to find your favorite song and play it. Fast. You do and something shifts. You hum to the tune. The weight begins to shift. You are breathing deeper and smiling. “Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything.” ― Plato Your…Continue
Love and duality
by Daniel Mitel
“In love, on a higher plane, the inner one moves, merges into the other, and there is a feeling of oneness. Duality dissolves.” Osho
When we are in love our minds cease to be, they stop functioning. The reason is obvious: when we are deeply in love, the present is the only time that exists, we are completely open without caring about the past or the future. Our language is different when we are in love.
Since the beginning to time, self sacrifice has been engrained within our consciousness. Like herd animals we have huddled together throughout the centuries to keep safe, claim our territory and insure our longevity. Conformity and adhering to what was best for the group, the leaders and those with power, was expected and enforced.
We instinctually want and need to be a part of a tribe. We seek our identity and fulfill our desire for community by bonding with others.…Continue

How To Get Over A Breakup Quickly Like A Master Psychic
Recently, my boyfriend and I broke up after four years. It was one of the hardest breakups I've gone through in my 42 years. We had gone back and forth for the past couple of months until I officially ended things. I knew the process of moving forward would not be easy, but I felt I would be happier moving forward than staying in a dead-end…Continue

Facing our inner fears is the greatest task, and when we desire to push through the emotional pain, we find we are liberated once we reach the other side.
The release of old wounds frees our soul, and sheds all the dead weight. Through time we transform the inner darkness into light.

Magnetizing our soulmate to us is much easier than one would think. It begins with how we talk to ourselves. Are you saying things like... No one is ever going to love me. I'm not good enough. I'm never going to find my soulmate.
Simple tip #1: Turn those statements around and make them allies instead of enemies! Someone fabulous is going to love me. I am good enough. My soulmate is on his/her way.
To open up that love vortex and increase passion in life repeat at least three…Continue
Authenticity is finding the truth inside, the souls quiet inner voice reaches out, and speaks in the silence. How often does one reflect the false self?
The false image is created by another individual? When they hold up the mirror it blinds the eyes. The sound of the inner and outer negative critic become poison to the soul. Words become the arrow which wound the inner child. The emotion is real. The thoughts are real. The fear is real. The anxiety is real. The natural…Continue

A heated exchange between a Western Theravada Buddhist nun and lay devotees returning from violence in Myanmar touches on the difficult issue of nonviolence and justifiable self-defense. It addresses the Jesus message to love your neighbor and to turn the other cheek, and the seeming more realistic Catholic doctrine of justifiable force in a “Just War”. Nonviolence has been used in the civil rights movement by Martin Luther King in America and by Mahatma Gandhi in India’s…
In Buddhism, meditation can be practiced sitting on the cushion or chair and in any other daily activity throughout the day. When sitting, the breathing method is commonly used by beginners and for calming the mind before continuing with more advanced methods. Two advanced Mahayana Buddhist methods are the “hua tou” (word head), the student continually repeating a critical question to eventually skillfully penetrate to the state of mind before the formation of words and…
Ah... the complexity of being utterly human with enough consciousness to know just how flawed we ALL are. The "greater" the consciousness (awareness) the greater the capacity to see all the nuances that make up the human being. And, as those who are traveling a path toward understanding and loving self and others, we STUMBLE. Often. And it usually hurts.
Part of this "pain" is KNOWING that we are paradoxically PERFECT and IMPERFECT and that we - as humans - tend to screw up…Continue
Here are more predictions given to me by Gaia, soul of the Earth and my Guardian Angel Theo, as I’m a self-trained telepath. These questions were sent to me from all over the world on a wide variety of subjects as you’ll read.
Theo, what is the probability of a private space company, such as SpaceX landing on Mars, before NASA does in the next six years?
Tom, there is a very small probability that this will occur. Go with the 25-year period that has been quoted in the…
Abstract: When we feel out of sorts, the cause is not only physical. Finding and healing the emotional center of our discomfort rests not in allopathic medicine but in many holistic remedies that integrate body, mind, and spirit. Some to consider are Ayurveda, Reiki, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, and Network Chiropractic.
We don’t feel right, but we just can't identify the precise cause or condition. We know, however, the root is not totally physical. Physical ailments…Continue
