"Loneliness is not the experience of what one lacks, but rather the experience of what one is. In a culture deeply entrenched in the rhetoric of autonomy and rights, the song of God's lonely man so often goes unvoiced and unheeded. It is ironic how much of our freedom we expend on power -- on conquering death, disease, and decay, all the while concealing from each other our carefully buried loneliness, which if shared, would deepen our…Continue

Sleep Your Way to Success!
A strange idea isn’t it that you might actually sleep more and thereby design and create your success? Moreover it is true but only if you practice a particular aspect of sleep, your success can be manifested quickly and effectively. How? By become a “dream seeder”.
As a dream seeder or dream incubator, you simply need to take that one burning idea of yours and request information concerning it from your personal dream designer. Your…Continue

With so many planets in Pisces (The Sun, Neptune, Mercury retrograde, Venus, Mars, and Chiron), right now, the Neptune-ruled energy of the last sign of the zodiac is working its magic - and its madness - on each of us. Mercury retrograde itself can make you feel completely bonkers, what with missed appointments, cancelled events, computer glitches, connection issues (cyber and otherwise), and general foggy mayhem.
If you are the dreamy type who enjoys the non-linear and thrives in…Continue

Antarctica is a wilderness of extraordinary beauty where nature rules fiercely and unconditionally; a store of information about our Planet’s history and one of the very few places on Earth where people of all countries live peacefully with the sole aim to improve and exchange scientific information.
This frozen paradise on Earth was the playground of my adventure in March 2008: I went on a trip with Peter Bland, an Australian explorer, and Nik Halik, an Australian motivational…Continue

Economically speaking, the last four years have been tough for many people who have been forced to deal with job loss, real estate devaluations and looming issues of healthcare. There is still no foreseeable end to the far-reaching, radical changes our nation and others continue to experience. Significant shifts in our world are undeniably happening. Fear runs rampant in the minds and lives of those who allow these outer circumstances to dictate their reality and diminish inner peace.…Continue

Have you ever felt as thought the world is just too much? Too noisy? Too bright? Too busy? Too crowed? Too polluted? Too commercial? Too critical? Too judgmental? Just more than you can stand?I have. I strive to be the mighty oak that can still bend a bit without breaking but every once in a while nothing seems to work. The meditation is too short or is interrupted.…Continue

Today I allow that Love for everything and everyone fills and floods me leaving no room for fear, hate or judgment.
I allow that I am responsible for me and no thing and no one else, that I own what actions, thoughts and responses that are mine to own. I do not require a committee of friends and family to help me run my earthly life.
I allow that I must be taken care of first so I am in a place of balance and wholeness so I am worthy and able…

The teachings on the Four Noble Truths explain the nature of human suffering, what causes it and how it can be overcome. These are seen as the core of the Buddhist philosophy. This is my interpretation of them and what they mean for humanity.
The first Noble Truth states that “Life means suffering.”
Why do you think that might be? It is because we are humans and it is in our nature to be imperfect, that is how we learn why we are here. Because…

I have heard that indecision is the key to flexibility. In truth indecision is crippling and will stop your progress in its tracks. I advocate that you be like water, make a decision.
Have you ever known water not to have a plan? To not know which way to go? To stop in its flow to think about what is next? To change its mind and doubt its course? Have you ever seen it not take the shape if its container? Have you ever known it to not allow action…Continue
How much smoother our progress through life would be if we had a full-scale orchestra accompanying us everywhere we went with a background soundtrack to our lives.
From the music that they are playing we would be able to recognise immediately when danger approaches and when danger recedes, know straight away whether the person we just met is a future friend or otherwise and, most important of all, perceive unmistakably if and when a romance is looming, thus sparing ourselves…

I absolutely love this topic and I will tell you that in my own experience with my life I absolutely believe in fate or destiny. However I also believe that we are creating that destiny on our own terms. In other words I believe we all choose a blueprint for our life but we have a lot of creative liberty with how to transform that blueprint into a reality.
The way I view it is as if every person chooses a mountain to climb in each specific life time. That mountain is the blueprint.…Continue
Accepting one’s self fully is the first step in creating a new world that is steeped in love verses fear. The problem, although we may perceive it to be “out there” in the external world, really lies within each of us. Whenever we act out from the ego in anger or frustration the source of that anger or frustration is merely the result of our own self-denial. When we do not accept portions of ourselves because we don’t see them or because we don’t want to see them, then we do not have full…Continue

Sexuality and Emotions
Remember: you only have one energy. At the lowest point it is called sexual energy. You refine and transform it. Energy starts to rise. It becomes love, it becomes prayer.
Sexuality is often undervalued or overvalued. Where is the center? The heart is to be found in the center. Without the heart as center, sex becomes empty and hollow, a compulsive…Continue

I was talking to a client after his reading and I suspect he was somewhat surprised by the accuracy of his reading and how I correctly identified events that had already occurred in his life. As I usually do, I always give my clients time to ask me any questions they might have. It was then that he asked me “Is everything in my life predestined and if so, do I have…Continue
