It is a time of chaos, what with the ongoing Pluto-Uranus square working its transformational, and often shocking, magic through March 2015, on our planet and you can find yourself overwhelmed with feelings of unrelenting anxiety, hopelessness, helplessness, grief, and fear. Where will the next bomb drop? Is it safe? What can I DO to make things better?
I love this piece on FEAR that John Corsa, crystal healer, channeled.…

The primary challenge facing most highly sensitive people (also known as "HSPs") revolves around how to maintain an optimal level of stimulation in their lives. When you have a very finely tuned nervous system, it also tends to hold true that "less is more," when it comes to deciding how much you take on in life. If you’re not entirely sure what an HSP is, please refer…Continue
Do you enjoy biting into a crisp apple? Snacking on sunflower seeds, almonds, walnuts or cashews? Is dinner not complete without a side of squash, peas or green beans? Would you miss munching on a cool slice of melon or having the bright flavors of berries burst on your tongue? None of these foods would exist without the help of a pollinator. Pollinators transfer pollen from one flower to another, fertilizing the plant so it can grow and produce fruit. "Honeybees, among other pollinators…Continue

Our hearts are breaking from the recent tragedy that has taken place in Boston. It seems that every time we recover from one thing that something else happens. I see so many people asking why this happened. Why? Why did someone do this? We might never get the truth as to why these horrific actions are taking place. There are no answers to all of our questions in this life that is for sure. I believe that one day we will have them, but for right now we just have to come together, mourn, cry,…Continue

In the aftermath of the Sun-Mars conjunction in Aries, as both Saturn in Scorpio and Pluto in Capricorn move retrograde, intensifying the impact of the emotional delving and systemic transformation, and the on-going Pluto-Uranus square is activated, it can feel hard to take a deep breath without wondering what is next.
It 's also hard to fathom, yet true, that what is next is up to you, and the person next to you, and the person opposite you, and each individual consciousness on the…Continue

Is it possible to make peace with an ideology designed to strike fear into our very hearts and souls? Is there a way to come to an understanding of the perpetrators as reflections of a part of ourselves, acting from a deep pain and the need to be heard in the world? As we’ve seen in numerous terrorist events from all over the world in recent history, often a different story emerges than the one that may have been intended. Instead of hiding in fear, girding ourselves against the bogeyman on…Continue

Lovers may leave,
time may change, wounds will hurt

Surrender to it flow,

Its wisdom, its pain.
Its relentless, tireless and optimistic space
That is the very center of YOU.
Let the beating of your heart fuel your feet and body to move continually forward, seeking more in the world.

There will undoubtedly be an influx of quotes, articles and speeches regarding the recent tragedy in Boston, MA.
There will be those who will perceive this atrocity as simply another example of what they believe is a heartless and terrible world wrought with violence and hatred to be feared and dismissed, validating their distrust of humanity and decreasing their belief in a Higher Power.
Others will see the angels of mercy, the helpers, the selfless and the spiritual and holy…Continue

The astrological influences for the next few years are unlike anything we have experienced in this lifetime. They are heavy on chaos and revolution (or had you noticed?), but they also have enormous potential for healing, transcendence and even magic. These influences are creating the shift that that so many people were talking about in 2012. The shift wasn’t confined to…Continue
Let us pray together through our hands and hearts.
As we look within where all great love starts.
As we feel so deeply for those who have passed, and we bless with comfort for the soul that is ever last.
We wrap all touched by the intensity of this expanded sadness of massive propensity
Shining a blanket of blue light through our angel friends for there are only beginnings that never end.
See that blanket cool off all anger, stilling all pain, the…Continue
