The cells do not exist by themselves. They are made to exist and live by consciousness, by the mind, by the being, which is basic in Creation...

In my new book Emotional Freedom
, I emphasize the importance of learning how to stay centered in a stressful, highly emotionally charged world. Since emotions such as fear, anger, and frustration are energies, you can potentially “catch” them from people without realizing it. If you tend to be an emotional sponge, it’s vital to know how to avoid taking on an individual’s negative emotions or the free-floating kind in crowds. Another twist is that chronic anxiety, depression, or stress… Continue

I love science so much, then that i want to know; How many solar systems are there--What is time--what is the creation-- like any religion.
These questions shakes us and stuns us.
In these moments we wonder...
Wonder brings Silence.
When we says, What is this--Who am I and it's amazing !
These moments gives us love...
Love is the highest wonder

While the term Spiritual Activism is relatively new, it is not a new concept. Plato wrote about the concept in The Republic
, “These are the Torch-Bearers of Humanity, its Poets,
Seers, and Saints, who lead and lift the race out of darkness, towards the Light. They are the lawgivers and the Saviors, the… Continue

I love those moments when i realized that i am an idiot. these moments are very beautiful and powerful and very deep painful, because this idiotic is very clean--clearer than any knowledge. this idiotic is healthy, because those moments are silent only and silence is very wonderful state; then I realized again that I am Silence only.
Then I said to myself,
" Shaheer, let the shaheer die completely dear; she is still alive, let her die, mallah ( Dearest ).
Now that shaheer is on… Continue

Sleep gives comfort and peace, why?
= We are away from our Mind, Brain and Body; what if we can be away from these dimension while awake...?
= If peace is attained by forgetting about the world and if the world is forgotton by the awake mind, then...?
= Mind, Brain and Body becomes peaceful, refresh and new when asleep, Why?
Because the world is not present in us at those moments,
= If this world is not present in us while awake, then...?

Why does joy so profoundly change our lives? Why
is it the secret to manifesting easily?
There's no other way to say it than this:
God is a being of joy (however you interpret God).
Most of us have heard "God is Love." That finally
makes sense to me. Anytime we act in loving and
joyful ways, we are happy. Being loving brings
When we are joyful, we are like God, and we
manifest easily--just like the divine.

As a regular viewer of the National Geographic & History channels, I have been exposed to Ancient Astronauts, Sumerian Batteries, Egyptian Light Bulbs and Ancient Computers.
I have learned that a theory exists which says that Jesus survived the crucifixion and lived the remainder of his days in the far east, not to mention his being wed to Mary Magdalene who bore him an heir.
We have all heard rumors of Big Foot, Nessie, the…

The "Green Movement," A Shift in Consciousness?
Apparently not. The major corporations here in the USA haven't made the leap. Once again an opportunity for growth is being trivialized by the Ad Executives, taking advantage of the Green Movement and us, by processing it through the ego. And the results?
Car companies selling their products by smugly informing the public that they have always done business the green way long before it was…

God Will Not Heal The Physical Body. God will not heal you of cancer, diabetes, heart disease, addictions, or aids.
Our bodies are of the realm of the physical world, therefore, our responsibility.
God Will Heal The Spirit Body However.
God will heal your Heart and Mind. The Spirit Bodies are of the realm of the Divine, therefore, God's Domain.
In healing the Spirit Body, God enables the way for us to heal our Lifes,…

I have noticed that when I'm not getting enough sleep especially, but also sunshine, exercise, carbohydrates, certain oils, or other things that our bodies like to help avoid depression, I can once in awhile more easily be triggered to go into deep sadness when it isn't necessary, and I know it's an over reaction.
Through the almost shamaic exaggeration of our inner life that comes from sleep deprivation, yesterday, I detected a pattern that I feel probably stems from a period of… Continue

Sloughing off the Layers
Last Wednesday, while engaging in my morning cleansing ritual with the apricot facial scrub, it dawned on me that, as I sloughed off what my face no longer needed to hide behind, I was also in the process of doing so within my BE-ing as I worked through the layers of myself as I “knew” me to be and MY Self as I AM. After breakfast, I drew from my Angel card deck asking for a card or cards for me to focus on during for the day. ..Life… Continue

I no longer confuse what I seem to be with who I really Am. Knowing Who I Am, I still my mind, greet my courage, and seed myself With faith. Here in my solitude, I Am not burdened by thoughts of the past. I have no fear of the future. Divorced from past and future, I have faith that Life in all of its infinite wisdom will take care of me. A positive attitude doesn't always guarantee a positive outcome, but it makes the journey so much sweeter. Why choose to think negatively, or worry that things won't pan out the way you want them to? You have no way of knowing, so it makes a lot of sense to just go ahead and assume that the outcome will be a good one. It will help you stay smiling. Plus, it will make you a lot more fun to be around

The Bookends of my Life
Sitting is good,
I like to sit.
Here on the mountain,
With lush green trees and plants.
I am at Home,
More so than my home.
They are my friends,
The Ones I know.
The beaten-up dirt path,
That winds it way from,
The Temple to The Church,
The bookends of my life.
The stairs i do not climb.
The graves i do not observe.
The women in their visors and long… Continue
