The Bookends of my Life
Sitting is good,
I like to sit.
Here on the mountain,
With lush green trees and plants.
I am at Home,
More so than my home.
They are my friends,
The Ones I know.
The beaten-up dirt path,
That winds it way from,
The Temple to The Church,
The bookends of my life.
The stairs i do not climb.
The graves i do not observe.
The women in their visors and long… Continue

There are many organizations out there that deal with Human welfare.
It's often our animal friends that get overlooked, so I thought I would become a member of World Society for Protection of Animals (WSPA)
I received their first news letter just the other day....they have helped provide a mobile vet clinic and two vets to help prevent lameness in horses in Cambodia.
Also they are helping protect the European brown Bears in Turkey from farmer's traps and guns.…

7 Secrets for a Happy Life
-
Jonathan Lockwood Huie
We all want to be happy, but something always gets in the way. There is never enough time... or money. Somebody is always failing to do what they are "supposed" to do... or not do. Our boss, our spouse, our kids, our parents, our friends, government, big business, whoever... "They" aren't doing it right. "They" failed us. We are angry, and we have a right to be angry. But is that…

= The womb of stilled and deep Silence, in which the glimpse of sound takes place
= The stilled i-ness in deep silence creates the feeling, in which I-ness disappears and the infinite sound plays the veena
= The soft breaths in silence, cuts thru bones and makes waves through in infinite
= In silence the recognition of silence, Passes thru time eminates lightened silence
This state of stillness is in stillness, is there any stillness after this particular in stillness, any…

While travelling through the depth of Life, this existence today finds itself blossoming. I see today the reality of this Universe which stands far beyond my words to describe. The moments spent on its reflection look like a heavy weight on this existence. Is there no other means for the expression of this consciousness except the length and depth of the breaths booming through Silence? In the murmur of the fast blowing gale, the awareness of this profound Silence is an echo that…

I am Not a Healer
It has been forty minutes in an altered brain rhythm. We have slipped from below ordinary consciousness, below psychic all the way down to spiritual healing. It is a state where words, thoughts and actions are not ruled completely by the ego. The shadow has quieted down enough to allow the True Self to speak and be present. The answers are usually simple, a word, a phrase or maybe even just a syllable. In this case, very simple: “Yes”. This is life as a Reiki…

Tuesday, in San Francisco, 175 smiling people sitting down holding hands at the intersection of Grove and Van Ness were arrested by a large number of smiling police, as onlookers clapped.
After the announcement was made at 10 at the Supreme Court about upholding Prop 8, which bans same sex marriages, amidst a crowd of counter protesters, protesters marched to the intersection and sat down, calmly. One young man stood in the center, head bent, arms down together, ready to be arrested,…

Seeing a tunnel, a portal, open up with a fascinating entryway, with roots, curves, moss, bends, and as I flow inside it, into the dark entry, I start to move my body in the other self. I flow inside the tunnel, and move inside it, becoming it, as it snakes back and forth. The outside of it is rounding more and more, becoming green and scaly. I am a green snake, my line of glowing moving back and forth on a black mercury colored lake. The water gently ripples outwards.

Forgiveness is one of the biggest obstacles standing in the way of millions of souls trying to connect with their inner light from God. Several times I have done readings for people who are at still at odds with someone or something from the past. It stands in their way of ever finding true happiness while they are here on Earth. They either spend their time trying to prove themselves to someone who has moved on already or someone who is oblivious to their needs, or they spend their lives in…

If ‘I’ does not exist, ‘my’ also does not exist. Then what are these visible phenomenal existences? Sensitivity to profound silence lends freedom to rich, exuberant breaths and direct them towards life. What manifests in the cooperative universe through those moments? Whatever it is, it is related by the sense of lightness.

Hello, welcome, and thank you for taking time to read my first post! I know deep down that this blog
will change your life for the better, even if you don't believe or understand it now; eventually you will.
In the early 1990's, I had been watching the development of Remote Viewing ever since I stumbled upon a
web site that claimed to teach that the future could be seen and viewed with a certain degree of probability.
Although I was skeptical, there was something…

I watched the news with a sense of horror, learning that North Korea has been detonating bombs, yet again!
What are these people thinking...their marching in their public squares, reminds me of the horrors of Nazi Germany, not too many years ago.
It is beyond me what goes on in the communal mind of the people of this country....how brainwashed they seem, goose-stepping like automatons....
Frightening.....
We need to meditate and pray for this country, that…

Although we see sun rising every twelve hours, but life has sun rise and sun set every moment in this time and space. In the embodiment of love asmile travels out of my being and sets on my lips.and stares, this smile of silence begins to ask me,
Why you have no trust?
This question filled my eyes with nector of tears as love. (Tears of love) This tears had an awe of Silence. As this tear travels down to be with smile.
So friends! what was the question with in the…

"Self condemnation in any form is sometimes a comfortable place to be where we have no responsibility to our true Selves. We can meditate, chant, use crystals and incense, do special exercises, use affirmations proclaiming our divinity forevermore, but for as long as we hold judgments against ourselves, awakening will be nothing more than words... No desires can come to you while you are in any way disapproving of…

If you could look into your future and see that it was filled with abundance and you had everything you ever wanted, how would you live your life today?
With all the changes happening in the world today, some of us are seeking ways to find comfort amidst all the chaos. We can only take so much gloom, doom, negativity and fear before saying “ENOUGH” and look for ways to feel good and find comfort, regardless of what the news, radio, colleagues or friends are saying or…

As an animal welfare worker (professionally or as a volunteer), you know what it feels like when you make a positive difference in the life of an animal. It is exhilarating, heartwarming, joyful, motivating and provides a sense of accomplishment and hope.
More than likely, when you decided to spend your time with animals, you did so because of the strong urge to make a difference, follow your heart and to do what you were called to do. It is all about helping as many as you can and…

This is a question that I have asked myself many times. The Native Americans believed that Starseeds can from the Stars and were sent here with much more spritual advancement than most.
When Christopher Columbus "discovered" the world the Native American's were already here. They welcomed him and his people with open arms. Where did they come from?
The story of Jesus begins in a manger were his mother (who was a virgin) gave birth to him. Now metaphoricaly speaking the 3 wise men…
