Abstract.....While grappling with uncertainty, the question often arises how to get back the restored sense of self. It’s the awareness of self that we can develop as time rolls by, once we are hit with the realization that the healthy ongoing feeling, the one that evokes authenticity, has long gone away and all we are performing is the role of an existential living.

No, you can’t. Next question? Oh, I see, you want me to expound on that one a bit. Well, you’re in lots of luck because that’s exactly what I’m going to do.
One of my favorite spiritual books is Dr. Michael Newton’s Journey of Souls, in which he describes how people choose the basic lineaments of their lives – the script (events that will unfold in a given life) and supporting cast of characters they will interact with – before they incarnate. And the life they…Continue

Abstract......A long stare at the ocean, listening to its waves, crashing and roaring induces a change in the frequency of our brainwaves and our minds lull lazily in a relaxation. From there, we are carried into a meditative state. As we listen to the sound of its waves, the parasympathetic nervous system is activated, and we unwind in tranquility. The ebbing and flowing, the coming and receding of the waves, the frothy delight topping them, stimulates the…Continue

Abstract.....Trauma engenders continuing emotions and unless we sit with these tormenting emotions at a time when the trauma happened, they become stored in our mind and body. The wound has originated then, and the successive depression and fear have been procreated even since one has been traumatized. The accumulation of untouched emotions dwelled in our body as the invisible dark energy pulling us downward. That wrench, that massive upheaval began to have its…Continue

Bodhi Shuddhaanandaa shows us in this article that when we embrace Karuna (Compassion in Action) instead of Coronavirus (Fear in Action) we can spread positive, enlightening energy to a world that is caught in the grip of fear. Through first learning to love and care for ourself and then embracing all others we spread a culture of love and compassion instead of fear and inaction. From the ashes of the past mistakes of humanity, in every sphere of human life, the Phoenix is…Continue

Pressure is often the catalyst for transformation. Wood, fiber, metal, clay and other raw materials become transformed – oftentimes into something useful or beautiful – with conscientious pressure, intention and skill. To say, “2020 has been a year of relentless pressures” would be a gross understatement. And the year is just two-thirds over!
We can easily identify several public, mass challenges that have marked our lives this year – at least somewhat directly – but many of…Continue

Abstract....How does aloneness heal us when we are caught up in it? Does it exhaust us or replenish? We may wonder what it holds for us, but to travel deep down inside would be to realize that it is not the absenteeism of kinship but a sensation of the indwelling spirit. And that feeling of a heavenly connection is so fulfilling that it stretches us beyond the ordinary and takes us to the extraordinary feelings that…

By applying the theory that human behavior can be explained in terms of conditioning without any appeal to thoughts or feelings and that mental disorders can be treated by altering a set behavior pattern, we bring about a transformation in an emotionally distraught person and eventually help him/her to create a personal meaning that defines the individual. The ill behavior can be modified with the right conditioning, irrespective of the traits and thinking…Continue
