When the Student is Ready

Dear Ones: We are each connected by threads unseen, energies that travel and bind the universe. One of these threads is silver. The writing you read here is titled, "Silver Threads." It is a simply written message containing alternatives to everyday life choices; to the actions and reactions mankind has been practicing and how a bit of change can create so much goodness in one's life. And it is with one life at a time that will we will make our universe a better place to be.

Secrets For Sensitive People To Find Relationships That Work: Why Emotional Empaths Stay Lonely Or Alone

Loneliness gets to some more than others. But why it hangs on isn’t always apparent when read by traditional medical eyes. In my medical practice and workshops I’ve been struck by how many sensitive, empathic people who I call “emotional empaths” come to me, lonely, wanting a romantic partner, yet remaining single for years. Or else they’re in relationships but feel constantly fatigued and overwhelmed. The reason isn’t simply that “there aren’t enough emotionally available people ‘out there,’”… Continue

The Basics of Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation practice is a commitment that many resist, but it requires far less time and effort than most people realize. The time of day isn’t important; the regular practice is. Ideally, it should be practiced for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day in a quiet room with a closed door with no distractions. But it’s better to start doing 10 minutes once a day than aiming for the overall goal and then feeling overwhelmed by it and falling short. Use a timer to ensure that you meditate for as… Continue

Turning Your Problems Into Powerful Potential

Turning Your Problems Into Powerful Potential

Greetings! ,

"The things which hurt, instruct." ~ Benjamin Franklin

I have observed that very single human being has problems of one sort or another. There's no escaping that obvious fact. I think that what makes us different is how we respond to those problems.

My question for you would be: Do you see yourself as a victim, helpless and unable to help yourself? Do you grow angry, become impatient, or… Continue

Your Power!

From one of my all time favorite books~

Your joy walks with you every step of the way. You need look no further than that which is your own being. The world would have you think otherwise, and yet, what you do, how you think, and what you feel is entirely up to you. You are truly a magnificent entity with powers lying dormant and feelings, so sublime, ready to burst forth like a young flower which spreads its petals for the first time to greet the morning summer sun.

How… Continue

Lightworkers with Gratitude

Ahh, gratitude. What are we grateful for? For the light, for the stars, for the moon...for our health, our friends, and our families. Grateful that we are living in the time of the Awakenings and the Ascension. Great things are happening in the Spiritual Realm and people all over the World are feeling the energy and waking up.

While we are on our journey here, have gratitude! For every lightworker you meet, say "I'm glad your here". We have been living in a gray world that is now… Continue

Open Your Heart to the Rhythm of the Seasons

How did we come to this place in time where each of us spend our day rushing from one point to another? How did we become so wrapped up in schedules that allow no time for self, no time for parents to spend with their children, no time for sisterly conversations or a lighthearted discussion among friends as we rush through our routine with strained, tense expressions longing desperately for more?

Are you living a tender, ecstatic, gorgeous life? Do you enjoy your work environment?… Continue

Permanent Vacation

The blinds of my bedroom window remind me of children pushing and shoving as they attempt to move closer in line to the ice cream truck. The blinds collide recklessly with one another and the glass window, swaying back and forth, with the sound growing louder with each gust of wind. I close my eyes and allow the sweetness of Mother Nature to gently caress my face and shower me with her fragrant kisses. I feel vibrant, alive, and completely connected. What better time to enjoy life, than during… Continue

Finding Compassion

How many times have we found ourselves wondering "How did this happen?" after living through a certain event or witnessing a situation that has gone wrong. After all, we had the best of intentions when it started out. Maybe someone treated you with complete disrespect that was totally unwarranted or you see another soul having their heart broken by someone they love very much.

As enlightened beings it is hard for us to imagine how people can treat others with such disregard. Where is… Continue

Roller Coaster of Love

Life has recently felt like the song lyrics, a roller coaster of love. I have felt roller coaster emotions before but nothing like this. As my mind and patterns of behavior become more acclamated to more Light I feel less heavy and have more frequent and intense bouts of joy, that is exalted love. I feel this is what we have been waiting for. But yet before we reach final destination there is still yet more house cleaning to do. As these darker feelings arise, often with little provocation, I… Continue

The Cove Movie; More Inconvenient Truth

Saw The Cove movie over the weekend, documenting the holocaust being conducted toward local dolphins in Taiji, Japan. The carnage and lack of care was beyond belief. That modern man has come to be so blind does give rise to feelings of futility.

Yet the deep courage expressed by Rick O’Barry, Louie Psihoyos and the other members of the commando production team that risked their lives to document this grisly secret is one of the greatest beacons I have experienced of holding the light… Continue

Sacred Breath & Healing

Sacred Breath is a process that increases your ability to feel and resolve the effects of your karma. The act of sacred processing will help you cleanse and release stored negative energy in your body. Sacred touch activates your Sacred Breath like a match or lighter, igniting ones Kundalini.

The sacredness of being touched from the heart, creates the space for transformation. Your own karmic awareness will determine the depth of your experience. Healing is like peeling the layers of… Continue

Within a moment is a new moment.........

Within a moment is a new moment, that has already been created, manifested and lived. When we really see that a shift in our dimensional perspective is all we need to experience that moment...VWALAHH...WE HAVE ARRIVED!! And then...we shall live in that moment...all ways.......savoring it...relishing it...and claiming to live in that Now existance. Of course.. ...through our multidimensional...universal...and ever flowing ..ever abundant...ever joyous..... selves.

AND SO..IT SHALL… Continue

Desire...

I found this quote from one of my favorite books:

"...desire is the delicious awareness of new possibilities.

Desire is a fresh, free felling of anticipating wonderful

expansion. The feeling of desire is truly the feeling of life

flowing through you. But many people, while they are using the

word desire, feel something quite different. Desire, for them

often feels like yearning, for while they are focused upon

something that they want to experience or… Continue

Psychological Reversal: The Root of Self-Sabotage

Why do we refuse to change or heal some areas of our lives?

When we want of improve our lives we set an intention of what we would like and then we look for results. We may have visualized the result and taken some actions. Why do our intentions fall short of our desired results? Maybe it’s a little thing called “counter intention.”

Counter Intention resides as a belief we hold in direct opposition to our conscious intention buried in our subconscious mind. We may for… Continue

Breakfast at Epiphanies

Images of the “Divine Goddess” are cropping up in my recent posts. There is a method to my madness. The Goddess is a mysterious Feminine Archetype, whose facets have been explored by some of the great leading ladies. The innocent and naïve charm of Audrey Hepburn, exploring the boundaries of “true love”, the conniving and heartless Queen of Lust - and of Pepsi, Miss… Continue
