Abstract: Our culture fears death, which makes its inevitability harder and adds to the trauma suffered by the dying and their surviving loved ones. A solution is to create a culture that acknowledges death by establishing rituals and customs that recognize and honor a life cycle that begins at birth and continues into death and the afterlife.
While death frequently takes us by surprise, creating a culture that acknowledges its…Continue

Abstract: We all know that death will ultimately claim us and our loved ones. Yet in modern times we’ve removed ourselves from the process, so neither we nor our dying beloveds understand how our bodies and souls separate in death. Here I’ll explore the five stages of dying by relating them to ancient mystical traditions that connected our lives with the planet’s through the five elements of earth, water, fire, air, and spirit.
As a thought experiment, try to imagine what the world was like for pre-literate humans. Certainly their conception of the world was different. But what about their perception of the world, did primitive humans experience a different reality? We naturally want to say no. Our senses have not changed and we inhabit the same reality so it seems obvious that, other than the changes history has wrought, pre-literate humans inhabited and perceived the same world as we do. The…Continue

Most of us have memories of songs which remind of us of life experiences or feelings that were brought to light just because we listened. A beautiful melody or message that stirs our being to dream or take action becomes ingrained in our learning process as souls on life missions. Music is magic for so many reasons. The emotions and insights that occur because of the sound of…Continue

Psychological Reports Study: Transcendental Meditation (TM) Significantly Reduces Post-traumatic Stress Disorder and Depression in Students
Before practicing Transcendental Meditation (TM), it was mayhem at our school. A lot of fights were going on, basically every day. People were not friendly, they were mean. When I learned it…Continue

Abstract: Defining opportunities to let go. Embracing and receiving the moments in life when we are faced with the choice to breathe, connect, and let go or to constrict our breathing, disconnect and hold back. Embracing those moments that are calling us to let go and making more empowered choices, sooner than later.
Opportunities to let go are the moments in life when we are faced with the choice to…Continue
Walking through the park, I saw a flower that had fallen from a tree. This pale pink flower was shaped like a trumpet and had an unusual hydrated light green stem. I felt the flower call to me, so I reached down and picked it up.
Meanwhile, my husband was at home with an injured back. Walking home, I clearly heard, “this is a…Continue
Recently, a representative of the Priory of Sion declared that ‘time is dissolving’. In this article, I will explain what the Priory of Sion means by this. I will explain that this declaration is not a metaphysical claim about time itself. Rather, it is a claim about how we experience time. In short: how we experience time is an illusion that we have projected into experience and this illusion is now dissolving. This unnoticed illusion is the reason for our great success as a…Continue
The best of times, greatest of human experiences, and best version of ourselves are happening when we are being truly loving. When we are manifesting love for ourselves and others that is connective, unconditional, unburdened, and unlimited. Unfortunately, all of this becomes unavailable to us when our ego leads us into believing we are the source of our love—rather than God. This is when we have lost touch with our Divinity and the Love—God Is.
God—The Love Guiding Us…Continue

We hear a lot these days about unconditional love, and how important it is in relationships. I have to disagree. I think that there’s only one place for unconditional love and that’s from a parent to their child. In all other relationships, I think that love ought to be conditional.
It makes sense for a parent to love their own child, no matter what. They have to, so as to continue caring for the child even when the child behaves badly. But in a romantic relationship, there’s no…Continue
I was in my local cafe recently waiting for a friend to arrive. There were three work colleagues sitting next to me who had just engaged in a conversation about President Donald Trump. It started in the usual fashion (you might expect) with the lady closest to me 'going off' on a tirade about Trump's awful immigration policies, his self- destructive foreign policy decisions and asking how on earth such a madman could be voted in as the person with their 'finger on the button' so to speak.…Continue
For the last ten years, trust and I have been having a love affair. Being a spiritual visionary and supporting other pioneers, I am awed by what people feel around the spiritual principle of trust.
Over and over again, I hear:
Abstract: Acknowledging that our future is calling us to collaborate like no generation before. Knowing that we need to change how we educate ourselves and children. Realizing that in order to navigate this next evolutionary passage as self-intelligent co-creators, we need to shift our perception of education. Ways that we can bring forth a new evolutionary education.

Many if not most spiritual teachers are telling us that fear is the opposite of love and that if we are afraid we cannot be living in spirit. But fear, like every other emotion, has a wisdom, a genius all its own. We are not meant to square off against our emotions, pretend they are not there or try to shoo them away. We are meant to use them as a kind of internal messaging system that allows us to grow into greater and greater awareness of who we are as divine beings.
Fear has a…Continue
With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, the focus on finding love or being in a wonderful relationship comes to the forefront for many singletons. However, for Highly Sensitive People dating and finding love can be somewhat daunting, sometimes even challenging -especially for those who are more on the introverted side.
Understanding and managing certain aspects of the HSP trait is the first step when it comes to successful dating. A second step can be calling on…Continue
Abstract....Through all that we have, and all that we chase after, comes something much bigger than them. And that is the calling of life. How we choose to respond to it, speaks much of us blooming in our purest beauty. Authenticity does not come any other way. It comes through the choices we make, the way we handle things as they come and walk out of our lives. Ultimately, it becomes a matter of grace, how gracefully could we let go and let in of what was…Continue
