Is life challenging you to take a bigger leap? Are you restless with the status quo of your daily routine? Do you feel you are flying blind with an invisible co-pilot? Often times, the soul calls to us in the midst of a crises or two-by-four. When pieces of your heart are all over the floor there's a quickening that seems to come from the beyond.
In those moments it's difficult to pull our attention away from the hurt, fear or disappointment. Our mind searches for how to clean up the… Continue

The benefits of meditation are many and varied from reducing stress, blood pressure, heart attacks, and strokes to increasing one’s cognition and creativity. As well meditation decreases our need for sleep by heightening our concentration, allowing us to be more productive. Ray Kroc, who took over McDonald’s in its early days and built it into a business of outstanding success, once reported that he’d spontaneously fall into states of meditative reverie during the day and thus didn’t need a lot… Continue

Let’s look at a common reaction to coming across a snake on your path while you are out for a walk. Now, if you have a fear of snakes you would most likely instantly become frightened, your heart beginning to pound, your throat becoming dry and maybe even find yourself feeling weak. Just think, by the time you actually jumped back in fear, a split second transformation has… Continue

In the silence of the night, I recall that there is still love looking at the calendar ... I miss praying with putting your name in my prayers and so I still wait for you. Only with you I met, I will not let someone else can live in your place. In this solitude, there is hope a new awakening illusion ... that might exist… Continue

Spirit surrounds us yet alludes our thoughts when stressed as if it is choking us from the very outlet that feeds. Stress from grief or anxiety, pain, pressure or fear are like asthma attacks narrowing our pathways and making it that much more difficult to breath. Slowing down and standing back outside ones self and situation helps physical breathing and opens the proverbial heavenly pathways as well.

Picture the scene. You are merrily taking a day trip out with your partner and all is going very well. You are chatting and laughing together about people and life and nothing in the world seems to matter more than these precious moments. Your banter is high and the flow of energy congruent and easy between you. You look with fond eyes and have lots of warm fuzzy feelings thinking how wonderful your beau is in so many ways.
Then suddenly, unknown to them, they say something that,…
