It's been a while since I posted.
So much has happened ...so many changes.
We are all experiencing such great shifts in awareness with every day.
The old is just dissolving ...that's it ...there's no doubt about it......just fading away.
In fact, I am beginning to see words in images and images in words.
How exciting!!I am truly ready between the lines and the dimensional spaces.
We are reconnecting to all of that divine information…Continue

Last week at Northeastern Illinois University we were visited by the Caravan for Peace, a collective of thousands of Mexican mothers, siblings, fathers and other family members who accidentally became activists after having lost loved ones in the drug war.
Their presence on campus helped to humanize and personalize the difficult problems related to drug and arms traffic between the two countries. The illicit nature of these two markets makes it difficult to accurately track how…Continue

"The things I want to know are in books. My best friend is the man who'll get me a book I haven't read." ~ Abraham Lincoln
You can look back in your childhood and remember with fondness the books in your early life, can’t you? I have such happy memories connected to my childhood books, our local library, reading in my favorite chair beside the radiator in the wintertime, and the knowledge that “Santa” was going to bring me more books! I especially liked…Continue

Forget art. Put your trust in ice cream. ~ Charles Baxter
I know every one of my readers has experienced the joy of eating ice cream only to be suddenly hit with a brain freeze, mind-numbing headache. Am I right? Well, let's look at what causes brain freeze and what you can do to make it go away.

This famous saying from John Lennon reflects a paradox in our lives. Many of us would like to have a peaceful ride, enjoy the present moment, yet we can’t help but make future plans so we feel secure, or we spend time digging on past hurts. Lennon doesn’t say we shouldn’t make plans, but that the true experience of being alive is beyond those plans, and “happens” to us.
At first view, this seems to negate any personal will, since the right answer to life would be to embrace it instead…Continue

Are you the type that looks to save and fix anyone that you meet, sometimes contrary to your highest good? Do you help others fix up their house while your own house needs fixing?
Sometimes we subconsciously occupy ourselves with helping others so that we do not have time to focus on our own issues that require attention and healing. We may become submerged in our compulsion to help, to our detriment, which may manifest itself in constant fatigue and resentment. Friends may see…Continue

How much more wonderful and productive can our lives become when we dare to dream? Can we rise above our everyday routine to find a wider more dynamic existence as we sleep and dream? Fascination with dreams began long before the written word. Dream study and interpretation have been practiced for centuries. As far as can be determined it would seem that even early cave man sketched images of his dreams on the rock walls of caves.
The ancient Greeks, Romans and Egyptians greatly…Continue

In this crazy mixed up world of work... where we are all stressed to the max we have forgotten how to day dream. We feel we don't have the time... but what if that's the essence of God speaking to us to bring us closer to our soul?

No one is free from the reality of life…This quote from one of my favorite spiritual teachers, Caroline Myss, struck me as a truth when my ex husband, our 8 year old son and I gathered together to say goodbye to our beloved friend and companion, Maggie, as she sighed her last breath.
The cries of our son broke my heart. Death, however, is a part of life and we took him out of school so that he could say goodbye to his animal friend. As a parent you want to shelter your child…Continue
