The journey to self love is not always the easiest journey you will take but in the end it is the most rewarding journey by far. As we work on self love with the self love angels, take some time to call on the angels. Not only explore the inner you but also look at the world around you and take an inventory of how certain situations and people reflect back to you. What are trying to learn about yourself through these situations? When we look at situations in our lives and we don't feel happy…Continue

“Dance is the hidden language of the soul”
Dance is the outer expression of our inner perception of life and all its aspects. It is a non-verbal method of communication utilising body movements, facial expressions and hand positions in tune with music. There are countless dance styles around the world, each representing a way of life,…Continue
There’s drama in Andaraland. I was on the phone last night with a friend who is caught in the latest “who has the real Andaras?” drama as it unfolds. People made promises to keep information secret and blabbed like squealing piglets.
There’s drama in Journeyland. The dust from rearranging my Shasta Journeys and creating a new Team to support the vision, continues to play out like a rerun of Dallas. Apparently J.R. feels spurned.
There’s drama in Metaphysicaland. A colleague…Continue

Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around. ~ Leo Buscaglia

Once again we see a blueprint for our lives in the Wizard of Oz. The first time we meet the Tin Man he is standing alone, immobilized, in desperate need of the oil can. In fact, even his jaw is locked to the point that he can’t articulate his need, and Dorothy somehow understands his closed-mouth muttering and frees him, joint by joint, enabling him to move. Many of us go through life like the tin man, not to his extreme, but enough of us suffer from knee pain, hip pain, TMJ, and various…Continue

Being a parent is challenging. Losing a loved one is heart wrenching. Dealing with a child who has lost a loved one is so painful to watch. A few months ago, my 7 year old son lost his grandma. (His dad’s mother, not mine). He never talked much about it. They all knew it was coming. She had cancer and he had a lot of time to say goodbye to her. However, the most he had expressed through the process was just the phrase “it’s just too sad”. He used this over and over again any time I asked him…Continue

Intimately intertwined within the commonly accepted five senses our body uses to collect information about our external world lies the uncharted territory of our metaphysical world containing extrasensory perception and our chakras. It’s only recently that our sixth sense has come into humanity’s collective awareness. But did you know you have a seventh sense?
It is Aristotle (384 BC – 322 BC) who is credited with the…Continue
Living in the Ray of Love and Wisdom
By Judi Lynch
In the design of the Universe, seven is quite a significant number. There are seven tones on the music scale, seven colors in a rainbow and seven streams of consciousness for a soul to become aware in. As we raise our frequency in attune with these energy streams, we begin to understand how our roles here on Earth match the ray of our personality in this lifetime.

Faith can be the thing that saves you or helps you get through some of the hardest parts of your life. Faith can move mountains or in my case it really saved my life.
For me I learned about faith when I was younger. I was brought up in the…Continue
