During our growing up years, we learn a great deal about life. Many of us think that what we’ve learned is the only was to look at life, since we are insulated by our family. As we mature, we discover that there is a great deal beyond what we learned as little children. We learn, perhaps, that some of what we were told may not be accurate, and that our mindset should be adjusted.
We learn that there is a great deal more than what we currently know. We learn that there is a wide variety of beliefs covering the same basis of what we’ve learned. We discover there are limitless ways to consider many ideas and then we learn that there are ways to observe the phenomena of life from a more universal perspective that allows each his take on things and ideas without judgment or blame.
The following ten tips are part of that universal perspective and I hope you enjoy viewing your life through the lens of these ideas.
No idea should simply be swallowed whole without first testing it. I recommend that you run an experiment – or more than one – to test each of these ten ideas to be sure they are valid and work as they stand. With these ten ideas in place and operating in your life, you will have an open mind, zero attachments to just “one way” and more tolerance for the thoughts of others. We are all on the same path. We are not all in the same place on that path.
