5 Ways to Heal Panic Attacks and Anxiety

Panic attacks and anxiety are very common, people have so much going on that it causes lots of challenges and thus eventually those challenges can lead to panic attacks and anxiety. But here are a few spiritual ways heal and feel great again.

Square Breathing - If a person is having a panic attack then square breathing is very helpful. Just breathing in slowly for the count of 4, holding in that breath for the count of 4, and then breathing out over the count of 4. This breathing technique is very good for calming the mind/body.

24 Mega Breaths - Here is another technique what also works well for panic attacks and anxiety. Just breathing in a mega breath and then slowly letting it out and doing this 24 times. This technique is simpler than square breathing and for many people it works wonders, and this process also helps a person to relax enough so they can get to sleep and wake up refreshed. And this process can be repeated as many times as needed. Also the body starts to relax and all that muscle tension in a persons neck will start to relax, cramps start to disappear, and tension headaches and even migraines start to fade away. This 24 mega breaths process is a very good way to get rid of stress and start feeling great again.

Limbic System Imbalance - On the average a lot of people over think everything, and most of our thinking has nothing to do with what we are working on or the events that are taking place. Thus we have hundreds of thousands of thoughts that run through our head daily. And many of those thoughts are negative thoughts, and thus we create a critical imbalance of hormones in our brains limbic system. But once we start thinking positive thoughts our hormone imbalance corrects itself and we start to feel peaceful again. This is true science and the answer to correcting this challenge is simple.

Negating Negative Thoughts - This is a psychological and also a spiritual process which helps to balance our brain’s limbic system. When a person has a negative thought that runs through their mind, it’s important to write down that thought and then refute that kind of thinking with a positive answer. Such as “Today is going to be terrible” and then writing down, “Yesterday was great and today will also be great”. And thus we start a practice of slowly aligning ourselves with positive thoughts and thus letting go of all negative thinking. This process takes time, but with practice our limbic system starts to heal, and we start to hear the still small voice of God which is the positive voice within.

Seeing the Good in All Things - It’s very easy to look at everything in life and see all the bad that might come from it. It takes a little practice to become a person who has a positive mind set. But it can be done! Everything that happens in life has good and bad that spreads from that one single point in time. Sometimes it may take years for the good to come about, but eventually the good does over ride the negative in life. This is called “God Mind” it’s about seeing the good that will come from everything. If we train our mind to have hope that something good will come from this negative event… we start balancing our brain’s limbic system and start feeling good again, and anyone can do this it just takes practice.

Saying the Name of God Over and Over Again - Here is another very simple way to find peace and allow panic attacks and anxiety to be a thing of the past. Just start silently saying a personal name of God over and over again. It might be Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, or any other name, but it needs to be more personal than just the name “God”. And whenever the mind is not being used for some specific purpose fill the mind with the name of God. Personally I have seen great miracles happen when people start filling their mind with the name of God instead of incessant thinking. And this technique brings about a peace which is hard to describe, it goes beyond words… perhaps that best word that might be used to describe it is “Grace”.

These 5 simple techniques can make all the difference in the world when it comes to healing panic attacks and anxiety. Together with a great diet and meditation anxiety and panic attacks can be a thing of the past. Thus allowing a feeling of peace to take over a persons life and grace to filter into their soul.

Thanks for this.  Because it was a bit long for the new specs, I edited a bit, just removing redundant sentences so the paragraphs get right to the point. Please let me know if this is OK with you , and I'll forward to the publishers.
