Do you have a place of peace in your mind; where you can step back from a situation or calmly step into a situation?  We all need a place of peace; a sanctuary of our own, where we can have a moment to ourselves away from the problems of the world and your own conflicts. So we can properly deal and sort them out correctly.

To do this you must surround yourself with visual and audio instruments such as peace surroundings and good positive sudden music. Then slowing allow yourself to relax by letting go and forgiving yourself and the universe around you for that moment to relax and clam your nerves. Allow the voice in your mind to slowly and peacefully speak releasing a small breath between every word this will allow you to clam down.  Try to express a passionate light feeling and allow it  flow through your body. This allows you to love and lift your spirit allowing the energies to flow through you easily so you can be healed. Practice slowly learning to control your mood and your tempo this will allow to find ways around the obstacles in your life or help you accept and heal  the past traumas in your life. From here we can start to find the problem and begin the healing process.

We can assume many things but must truly know the problem before we can begin healing. Instead of seeing the situation or problem as an enemy look at it as an obstacle, that you need to understand and overcome.  This will allow you to look at it from every angle without be blinded by the pain and frustration which creates fear and many time heightens the issue. It will help you notice certain things you might have missed while you was going through the ordeal. This gives you the opportunity to try different things that you wasn’t able to see or think about at. The sanctuary of the mind allows you the really take on your problem because it helps you to take only as must as stress and pressure that you can deal with. It allows you to get a moment of recovery and some time to look at the ordeal in a clear mind.

This not a place you want to live mentally in, for it is outside of the true reality of the world. It is a place you visit time to time to heal and strengthen yourself and the inner peace of your mind. The real world is the real world and we have to deal with our problem accordingly to get the best and most successful result possibly, so we can grow and benefit from them. The way we approach our problems is usually the same result we get; if we approach it incorrectly we get an incorrect result which we can’t benefit from and lose the opportunity to grow. Each problem can be looked at as an opportunity a gift, a goal to conquer. The way you approach our problems is very important regardless what the problem is, this is what material artist and fighters in the ring know. Life is a battle but you don’t have to suffer without benefits this thought should give you the confident to constantly look for a successful result.
