Ageing & Maturity is applicable to every professional personnel even including writers ,with the passage of time our retirement
age limit or in the case of professional personnel is depending on his health or other manner of thinking . For the
scientist his activities remain with mental process ,analytical approach & concentrating his working & performance in
laboratory .

Ageing comes & his considering on the AGE of individual person that place them in the old age categories . Old Age should not be
a criteria for Ageing & Maturity as proper living habbits play an very important an our mind never gets tired it requires
merely change . In such cases in quite good instencs a person in any professional areas including writers even carry out
the activities even after the age of 80 & above & their ageing & maturity do not become the bar in the performance of their duty .
