We have all heard that negativity begets negativity, so understanding where the problems begin is at the source of our problem. The law of attraction states that we draw to us what we are putting out (seen or unseen).

It begins with the formation of a thought! The simple little thought ... those that bring us guilt for taking a moment for our self. Whose voice are we really hearing? Is it something that was inflicted upon or
self inflicted. I have manner internal dragons to slay, but the only way I have been able to find peace when life seemed like madness was to get out in nature and BE ... ALONE and not really ever alone!

I think once we take the time out to make a connection back to our divine nature, we realize if all of existence loves me - there is NO reason for me not to love SELF. How can you love yourself is the real question?

1. Taking care of the entire package / body. Mind / body / spirit
--healing begins with :: our thoughts, what goes in / on / around our body
--proper maintenance :: yoga / physically demanding activities / being out side / spending time alone / breathing properly

2. Learning as much as you can. Being open to the possibility our
perceptions are skewed based upon our own childhood experiences and even
adult ones.

3. Realize there is ALWAYS ALWAYS ... always something wonderful that can be found in each situation we are in. While I was fighting cancer & a divorce pro se I had no way of knowing the many blessings that would gained in the process. From self confidence to a better understanding of the legal system. A little
faith goes a long way here! ;-D

4. Keeping part of self sacred and "whole" Continually nurture your inner child and keep LOVE alive withIN!

5. Take time to really slow the brain down and think about something as simple and CRUCIAL to life ---> BREATHING! In yoga, and other mind / body connecting practices breath is known to be the "core" in which the
rest is built.
