COMPASSION TO HEAL
We must begin to heal. Yet how can the healing process begin? For each person it is an
individual trek in life. We go through stages where we feel loss, sorrow, rage.
Yet where and when does compassion come into this process? Or sometimes does it?
Healing is a journey of self compassion and compassion for others. When we can start
to let go of other’s judgments and criticisms, and stay silent and fill ourselves with love
and joy and compassion. Also show compassion to these souls as they still need to mend
their aching hearts. This takes much discipline to master of one self. Healing is a process
and it all takes time. Yet when we have a true sense of self compassion for ourselves and
others the healing process is more fulfilling and the healing process can then begin.
If we can change our attitude and outlook in life and take a negative situation and turn it
into a positive outcome. This can fill us with much compassion and can turn our lives
around and the way we view life. Sometimes we have to go through some
transformational life changing situations before we see the light of compassion to heal.
Sometimes we weave our way back and forth through tough hard times and feel the
pressures of life’s stresses around us, and we become bitter and cold our heart is hearting.
Yet when we can arise above this with softness that comes from our very soul this can
bring much love and light to our path in life. We need to look deep within and let go
and do what our heart whispers and says to us. If we can forgive what has happened
in the past and look ahead to the future and believe in ourselves. This becomes a very
profound compassionate healing tool. It all takes time to master this,yet continue to
believe and know that life is filled with ups and downs. We just have to be gentle
and continue to show compassion and heal yourself.
