Abstract:

We must remember that the energy behind our collective consciousness is very powerful indeed. When panic breeds a mass hysteria like what is happening with the Coronavirus it only serves to make the virus more powerful. If we trust the power of our calm minds, positive emotions, and brilliant immune systems, we can conquer our fears and take our lives back.

Let us always remind ourselves that at any point of time we can allow our mind space to be invaded by negative suggestions from every direction. When we hear, read, or see things that are indeed fearful it is natural that our panic button, our survival instinct, will trigger production of more cortisol or adrenaline in our bodies. The catch is, none of us live as individual islands. We are not just infected by a virus, but worse, we are infected by fear and panic. When collective fear and panic go into massive ripples all over the world, the resonance in a negative sense takes over; it is a huge multiplier. What is happening globally with the Coronavirus is more like humanity itself is hijacked and quarantined, not just the virus. It is our mind that does the worst damage. 

The more we trust in our quantum mind of pure immunity against every virus of the world seen or unseen, the sooner that day will greet us when we are back to being busy in our normal day-to-day typical unconscious life of unawareness. In the meantime, here are three things that we can do to help us through this rough, scary patch that can also become spiritual practices that will protect us in the future.

Do 5-Minute Meditations

Make daily meditation, when you are sitting and trying to find that quiet space inside you, your first priority. You may have a hundred other priorities, but if you remain a stranger to yourself, you will never have any control over your feelings of fear or panic. Regularity matters. Five minutes, several times a day, will help. Start with just sitting and watching your breath. Observe where your emotions and thoughts are leading and try to separate yourself a little. Witness the fear and let it dissolve into the light or float away down the stream to disappear into a vast peaceful ocean. Go outside; meditate near some old trees or on a serene beach and let natures natural healing begin.

Chant a Mantra of Your Choice

Listen to soulful music and find time to surround yourself with the sacred aroma of incense, chant the divine name of your choice within, or just chant that you are light, you are calm, you are a healthy and happy soul. As such you have to enter into your own subconscious and reprogram it with sacred sounds, smells, and all that cleanses it so that the intuitive supra-conscious domain opens for you to be your natural self again. You are the child of eternal light and an embodiment of peace!!! All is well; this too shall pass.

Practice Gratitude for Your Beautiful, Healthy Body

A deep feeling of gratitude is a very positive energy and it heals and protects the cells of your body, for it is the language of true love. Don't ever forget that you are nothing but a community of cells, trillions of them which function in perfect harmony and symphony when your thoughts and beliefs are life-positive and life-affirming. The cells virtually dance for your own body in the open book of infinite wisdom. Trillions of cells are coded only with the energy of love and harmony. They all live together as a humanity of 100 trillion populations. They work in harmony and your life is the expression of their symphony. A healthy body with a healthy mind is the biggest charity you can do for the world for a peaceful coexistence.

Remember, all of us have trillions of germs, bacteria and occasional viruses in our bodies, but we usually don’t panic. Yes, we need to take precautionary measures, but not let our thoughts, emotions and beliefs collapse into believing that Coronavirus will end the world. It will disappear one day like camphor leaving no traces other than some faint memory and statistics. 

That which comes, goes. 

Coronavirus has come, it will go. All is well, this too shall pass.
