What does deserving have to do with your desires?


It’s interesting that we are now, with the law of attraction, being more aware of both our thoughts and words. We know that they have a frequency that either attracts or repels situations, things, and people to us. What we have not spoken of is this: If you desire before you deserve you may attract what you want but you will not keep what you have attracted nor will it give you security, love or fulfillment you are looking for.


What does this mean? That you need to get your deservingness level vibrating at a frequency that will attract what you really deeply desire. Thinking something for a minute or an hour does not mean you deserve it. So what does? Is there a way to measure your deservingness level? Some would say yes by what you attract. I say by how deeply contented you are with you and what comes to you.


Here are my top 7 deservingness tips: Plus a bonus one.


  1. Meditate on connecting with that which is the vastness of you. Very simple one to do is:

Breathe out that stress…


Roll the tongue and stick it past your lips. If you cannot roll it, just make an “O” shape with your mouth with the tongue protruding slightly beyond the lips. Breathe in deeply through the mouth. Exhale slowly through the nose emptying the lungs all the way.


1-2 minutes


The best anti-stress breath available. The breath passing over the wet tongue creates a cooling effect.


  1. Find a meditation that works on you not just for you. There are different types of meditations. You can do a walking meditation and coordinate a sound current or breath with it, you can do a breath meditation; you can do one that will arrange your brain and create brain balance. you can do one that will sooth you. Here is a very easy soothing one.



Sit in a comfortable position and with first finger and thumb touching each other at the tip and allow yourself to chant Maaaaaaaa. Keep your lips closed till it feels they will burst and then let the sound open the mouth. Do this for at least 11 minutes. Even if you want to jump up before and your not loving it just glue yourself to the spot and stay. Meditation will bring up all the crazies and then comes the reward.


  1. Look on everything as a gift and a piece of the puzzle you need to reach your desired state of being and life.


  1. Cultivate patience: Ohhhh so hard I know. Practice it with driving, with gardening, with watching your team loose a game they should have won, etc. Priceless part of the deserve then desire quotient.


  1. Drink lots of water with lemon or lime to create alkalinity in your body. Easier to be calm and create in a calm environment.


  1. You cannot attract into filled spaces. Make your living space clutter free. Give things away at least twice/year. Have a yard sale, meet your neighbors. Clean closets often, make the space under your bed a free zone, nothing there.


  1. Office: clear old papers out. I have a friend who has a storage locker she pays for each month filled with papers she feels are totally important form jobs she had 10 years ago??? Really? If you are not ruthless get help with this one. You need a thrower.


  1. Give something you really love to someone who would truly appreciate it. Get generous. Give to receive open it all up.


Let me know how it all works out. Feel deserving. Our teacher used to say fake it and make it. You don’t need to buy expensive things to pump the deservingness tank. You need to fill it with solar energy. Let the sunlight in and let yourself feel feed and loved despite what your life might look like at any moment. You would not be here if you were not loved. You are not a mistake. You are the real deal. Honor that you are a perfect creation it does wonders for your deservingness. Know that even the Donald has doubts it is building knowingness time and opposed to doubting time. Build your greatness, true greatness now.
