Fenugreek - A Simple Yet Powerful Spice for Creating Great Health

Fenugreek is a small plant with pods that look like green beans with small yellow seeds inside that grow in most climates. These powerful little seeds are packed full of healthy compounds that keep you vital and young in many ways... and most people don’t know how powerful Fenugreek is.

Lower Blood Sugar - Fenugreek contains a powerful amino acid (4-hydroxyisoleucine) that helps the pancreas produce more insulin and reduces insulin resistance. Fenugreek also contains lots of fiber that slows the breakdown and absorption of sugar into the system, thus helping to control blood sugar spikes. Most people take 1000 mgs per day - 500 mgs in the morning and 500 mgs in the evening to control blood sugar levels. And taking Fenugreek daily can reduce the risk of coming down with diabetes.
