Finding Balance Between Your Thoughts and Your Intuition

There's a difference between being paranoid and suspicious because you are projecting your own thoughts and feelings onto others, and having a gut instinct about something. Once you learn the difference within yourself, you will be much more equipped to find peace where it needs to be and act when you need to act. One of the biggest problems women face is being made to think they are "crazy" for their intuitions and because of that never being able to tell the difference between intuition and unwarranted suspicion. Suspicion not originated from some previous experience or comparison is psychological, and if it is unwarranted, needs to be addressed, the root of which analyzed. Intuition is spirit!

With due respect to the necessity for psychological maintenance if your suspicions get paranoid and out of hand,the easiest way to differentiate between the two, if this issue is sporadic and isolated, is to pay attention to signs and patterns! Find a calm place to breath and bring in white light...Both intuition and suspicion can seem to come out of nowhere. Pay attention to the origin of your "feeling". Did you discover evidence, were you in a good place and then out of nowhere, BAM, something in your energy shifted?...Is every song you hear on the radio about the topic about which you are "suspicious"? What is it telling you?

There are no right or wrong answers, the trick is to remove yourself from your "brain" and concentrate on your senses, all of them, especially the sixth!. If your energy is shifting you in a direction that is so strong and so "pulling" and determined to get you to a conclusion that you may not like, "stop your brain", do not rationalize!. Pay attention to your spirit, it is NEVER wrong. Your brain will automatically want to take you to a place where you prove yourself right about something, good or bad!. The brain is not the spirit, it is a muscle, it is tangible. It rarely has the answers that will bring the most comfort to your soul. Use it alongside your spirit, they work together! Decide how much of your feelings have an origin, can be traced, can be worked with to help you to better understand yourself as a human being, and how much of your feelings are purely of spirit. This practice will make your life a heck of a lot easier! to you!...xoxo
