Trust is a part of unconditional love. So many situations in our lives can invite mistrust. Trusting is not hard to accomplish because it is already inside of you. Be honest with yourself…do you trust yourself? Have you lost the ability to trust?
Pets, such as a dog or a cat, are very trusting. But when they are mistreated, they become mistrusting because they have been hurt. But if this same pet is shown loving kindness, the mistrust disappears, replaced by a healthy cautiousness.
Ask yourself…how often have I become mistrusting because of the hurt or deceit in my life? How do I find trust? Am I too busy with my life? Do I take time for myself? What is at the root of my mistrust?
In order to trust, choose to live in the moment…take time to go deep within our souls.
The ego uses excuses against us by telling us that if we trust, we will get hurt again (over and over)…you don’t want this pain one more time, do you? Ego will try every excuse it can come up with…you are being selfish or you don’t have time..Lies from this false self we call ego.
Guess what? We can overcome this…we can choose what we think. I am not saying that you must allow yourself to be hurt.
What I am saying…is that living in the moment and practicing withinness daily allows you to make better decisions in your life that will put you in a place where you don’t have to worry about being hurt or even making a choice regarding it…a place of peace.
Changing your thoughts leads to changes in how you perceive all the circumstances surrounding you, which in turn, will change your reactions. You can clearly see following the ego causes suffering.
Stop, listen to your heart, and choose to think before reacting.
This is one of the key positive steps in gaining your power back that you have lost. Man made spiritual laws have dominated our generation for much too long…it is time to take our lives back…take our power back…now. Embrace positive changes in your life.
Does this mean that we “settle” for discontentment in our lives today? Does this mean that we become “victims” for abuse? Does this mean that we just “take” what is dished out to us from others?
By no means! There is always a way out of negative situations. Go within; turn to your soul for your answers to all of the above. Some of us choose to be the “victim” because we feel as if that is all we deserve or it gets us attention, even if that attention is negative.
Go deeper within and you will find who you truly are, never wanted all that to begin with. Who you truly are and who you were meant to be, is unconditional love.
When we choose to follow our true self, the motions of natural Spiritual Laws that originated from our Source, are activated and are what we will create in our lives. Ego will tell you this is not “reality”, but it is very real.
By just “being”…”relaxing and letting life take its course” takes on an entire different meaning and a different perspective. There is no reason to worry about anything because all our needs are provided for naturally, just like the nine months before we entered our physical bodies.
Allowing this simple concept leads to any positive adjective you can think of that is already there in your heart.
You will find security, peace, contentment, joy, serenity, wholeness, self esteem, courage, tenacity, strength, and calmness…you have returned home…and found more than just trust.
Understanding this…becomes a simple truth.
