One of the best ways to cure Athletes Foot is to, and I know this is going to sound weird… but cut up some garlic cloves and put them in your socks and wear them all day long. Some say this is the most powerful cure, more powerful than all the over the counter Athletes Foot drugs.

Take 14 aspirins and put them in one cup of rubbing alcohol and dissolve well. Rub this mixture on your feet, make sure they are clean and dry and then repeat this 3 times a day for 3 days or until the infection is cleared up.

Olive leaf extract is also good for Athletes Foot; it’s a good antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-parasite agent making it great for Athletes Foot.

Tea Tree Oil is great for Athletes Foot, add 80 drops of the oil to 3 cups of water and soak your feet and then dry well. And if you have fungus under the nails apply some of the oil around the nails.

Pau D’arco Tea can be used to soak the feet for Athletes Foot, and it can be take orally too. It’s a good antifungal agent as well.

Turmeric Oil is a great Athletes Foot antifungal agent, make sure you dilute the oil in water and apply to your feet.

Chamomile Oil also works well, and you could mix Chamomile Oil with Turmeric Oil and Tea Tree Oil too.

Licorice Root also works well and it might be the most powerful of all the antifungal agents, in China they also use Licorice Root to cure ringworm. Just brew up a tea of Licorice Root with 6 teaspoons of the herb and one cup of water, let set for 20 minutes, cool, apply to your feet and dry.

And Ginger is a good antifungal agent, you can add it to the Licorice Root Tea and use it on your feet too!

Sosa is an herb from Mexico, and in studies Sosa worked just about as well as all the drugs for Athletes Foot. Sosa is a particular onion extract that is used for Athletes Foot.

Remember take care of your feet, you only have 2 of them.
