If there is one thing that I would encourage everyone who is remotely interested in having a healthy body to live out those
earthly years – it would be to get involved and create a relationship
with your body! It will require an investment in time & energy as
you research and educate yourself on the working mechanisms of the body
so you then can make informed / wise decisions. This is a magnificent
machine / universe / creation, but when not treated properly, you can
never attain the full magnificence of the human experience.
Ultimately, many want a quick fix that is just NOT possible. It takes work and commitment to attain anything worth having in life,
“Health & Well Being” is no different. For those that wish to have
it, we are going to make it simple. Create a roadmap so that everyone
with the desire to keep the physical body in good working condition.
While working toward the spiritual adventure, there is absolutely no

This month we begin by examining exactly where we are, right now in space:time. Do an honest assessment, no self-criticism, just honesty.
You need not share it with anyone. Is your health where you want to be?
What are your stress levels at work: home: play? What is your

mind and the body. The sooner an individual realizes the amount of
control over LIFE they have, the faster they are on their merry way to
BLISS! We are not going to dazzle you with statistics, books and links
this month because if you are reading this – there is a high probability
you are already on the journey and realize you can discover the
