Gentian is an herb that grows in moderate climates and is found in the valleys of China… a flowering plant with beautiful blue flowers; Gentian has been around forever and has many heath benefits.

Gentian invigorates the immune system, increasing stamina, and stimulates blood flow to all areas of the body.

Gentian is great for healing liver problems and the symptoms of jaundice too. Gentian also allows bile to flow in the gallbladder… and it’s very beneficial for gallbladder problems, soothing away gallbladder irritations and blockages and helping to empty the gallbladder.

Gentian is a good detoxing agent and also strengthens the spleen and also works as a good diuretic thus helping to eliminate even more toxins.

And Gentian is great for the GI tract helping to increase saliva, gastric juices, and increasing appetite, and soothing away GI gas, heartburn, gastritis, and stomachs. And Gentian is a good anti-inflammatory agent making it great for irritations of the whole body.

Using Gentian lowers fevers… and colds and flues can be helped by Gentian because it contains lots of antioxidants that boost the immune system.

Gentian is very bitter, so Gentian tea must be sweetened… and Gentian can also be found as capsules and pills too.

Remember a little bit of bitter will do your body good!
