The question is raised by ‘’Hassan .C. Chalak from Lebanon’’ Where do you see the contribution of Human Resources Management in achieving organizational goal ?’’

Contribution of Human resource now remain a part of every sector of the society .
This aspect can not be overall looked by any international group .This is the need of the present time ..
For Human resource can be viewed of the organization point of view ,this can be demarcated in two parts .
1 Industrial units & another is organizational other than industrial part .In both this areas the circle of Man power is the must for continuing the activities of the sectors . In this line Human resource will have to play the part .
For industrial unit ,Man ,Machine & Money remain the important diagram & for other Man power & Money are the important part .
As we are all aware that human beings have a mind ,intelligence ,& sensitivity approach into their day to day activities & the action of their working environment & the same they are carrying through their conscious & subconscious mind .
Human being have a feeling ,they are sensitive & they are the part & parcel of family & such they have to pass from the various environment in their life .
Well many cases Tension -Worries & Frustration even with them while carry out in their day to day action of their life.
In such atmosphere Human resource have play an very important role so that person involved in their assignment may carry out their activities with a CALM QUITE MIND where H.R.D unit may have to create an atmosphere & also environment .
Human resource in this line may placed both sector in their successive road.
With this for the success of Management of any magnitude cannot afford to overlook their man power of any standing in the set up of their organization.
It is fact that success of the organization rest with the controlling of the capital in a systematic virtuous planned mode .
No doubt this can be reflected in the balance sheet & also the standing of the company .
At this stage the company must pass a fragrance on the working force of Man power right from neighbor force up to the middle Management level .
Labor force they are toiling for carrying out the work for giving the result & if the management through their H.R.D find out the problems of their MIND ,SENTIMENT,WORRIES, Disturbing their family & in a natural norm H.R.D of course can not solve the problems in totality but by offering their suggestion ,guideline in such case H.R.D can certainly place a smile of individual worker.
For the staff & especially middle management level they have with them a responsibility for carrying out the work for their sub ordinates who are also producing the work for the management & in such case the behavior ,temperament ,& action of the such level personnel play an very important part for the sub ordinates to carry out their assignment in the right manner & also effectively .
With this it has been fully realize the important of Human relation in the management compass
