These are challenging and rapidly changing times on our planet. It has become increasingly obvious that we need to be extremely creative in how we process the fear and negativity around us. If we shut out the reality of events that bring us anxiety, we lose the power to invoke change and evolution. There are numerous ways we can be involved in bringing in love and action where there is only indifference and apathy. What we feed and nurture, can flourish and grow.

How do we stay positive and thrive under all the division and chaos running among us? There is so much beauty on the Earth. We all have to remember that there are great people with big hearts who really do care about the future of humanity. Our success in staying optimistic depends on our willingness not only to think but to act in positive ways to help heal others, inspire others to do the same.

In times of crisis, our super-powers can be revealed and they help us shine in ways we may have been unaware of. Though the internet is filled with critics, hurtful memes, bullies and those who share fake news items it’s also filled with good news stories about people helping people and animals in dire situations. Amazing stories of Good Samaritans rescuing someone from a car in a flash flood or those paying for a young couples’ groceries at the store. There are companies and celebrities who donate millions of dollars to help fund college educations, homes for the homeless, food for the elderly. People who rescue plus foster dogs and cats who have been neglected and abandoned. These are the things that keep our souls growing and glowing.

Our lives have greater meaning when we can understand our purpose matters. One kind act, one kind word can make a difference. No matter if we feel good on that day or we are having emotional challenges, we have a choice to reach out. We can bring in the good energy that keeps us on the higher frequencies which helps us to cope with the changes. We learn to replace negative thoughts with positive solutions if we protect what we truly believe. If we constantly read about the doom and gloom of life, we can begin to believe that’s all there is and create more. Our energies are contagious. The thoughts we think surround our aura like smoke. They can be felt, read and heard by others even if we are unaware of how they escape us in many ways.

When things seem uncertain and the road is foggy, learn to seek clarity, vision and understanding. Our emotional selves need hope that what we do and how we feel can spark change when there is injustice or turmoil. Being in service to others is a fantastic way to keep motivated and focus on one thing at a time instead of being fearful in general about the fate of the Earth. Each of us have our roles and responsibilities, when joined collectively in common purpose, we can bring in a healing force never before seen. We are learning to replace the fear with love. In order to keep going and glowing, we have to be able to see the darkness. When we can identify what helps us evolve and feel purposeful, we gain confidence that the challenges this world faces can be met.

We can shine a brighter light on the good things about these human lives. We can find common ground from which to begin negotiating between each other with acceptance for a peace that lasts, knowing our differences. Understanding that we are all stronger, wiser and better when we raise the vibration together instead of seeking to gain power and control is the key.

It takes courageous faith in ourselves and the ability to take action for positive changes. We need the optimism, inspiration and motivation it takes to keep going on our missions. When things are revealed to us that need our attention and healing, we can be informed and ready to turn on the lights and keep them burning.
