“Make Your Own Herbal Hemorrhoid Suppositories”

If you’ve ever have had that embarrassing itch and the inflammation that goes long with hemorrhoids… it’s not pleasant.

We get hemorrhoids from not eating right, not having enough fiber, child birth or any number of other things that bring it on.

And there are lots of over the counter remedies you can choose from…

But here is one that you can make yourself which is much less expensive and works great.

Ingredients:

1- Cup of coconut oil warmed slightly in a sauce pan

1/8 - Cup of  aloe vera gel - use the insides of a few aloe plants stems… enough to make 1/8 cup and put them through a blender to make them liquid.

1 - Teaspoon of comfrey powder

1 - Teaspoon of lavender flowers powder

1 - Teaspoon of plantain leaf powder

1 - Teaspoon of horse chestnut powder

Mix all the ingredients together and place in a bowl.

Next let it cool in the freezer for 1 hour

Then you will have a nice green coloured solidified oil.

Next take a tablespoon or so of the solidified oil and place it on a long sheet of wax paper.

Roll the wax paper up making a long pencil looking length of medicinal solidified oil.

Next twist along the waxed paper every inch - creating 3/4 inch long suppositories.

Place the wax paper cover suppositories in the freezer overnight.

Remove the frozen suppositories from the freezer

Cut the waxed paper into individual suppositories.

Take aluminium foil and individually wrap each suppository.

Wrap over the waxed paper.

Store them in the freezer in an airtight container.

When ready to use one… remove the foil and waxed paper from the suppository, these suppositories are self lubricating so they are very easy to insert.

Use 1 or 2 of these suppositories each day for soothing relief.

Feel free to change and add different herbs that work best for you.
