Here is a great recipe that’s sure to please and it’s quick and easy to make. And it’s full of the great healing attributes of organic potatoes. Plus this recipe will warm the hearts, hands, and even the tummies of all those who’ve been out in the cold all day long.
16 oz - Dried Organic Chickpeas
6 - Large Organic Potatoes - Cut into large cubes
4 - Organic Salt Free Bouillon Cubes
2 - Tablespoons of Organic Tarragon Spice
5 - Tablespoons of Creamy Organic Balsamic Salad Dressing - Newman’s makes a great salad dressing like this
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the chickpeas in water with 2 bouillon cubes and1 tablespoon of tarragon until tender and then drain. Then cook the potatoes with 2 bouillon cubes and 1 tablespoon of tarragon until just tender and when done drain. Then combine the cooked chickpeas and potatoes and add the creamy organic salad dressing. And also add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Serve on a bed of greens or with a side salad and it’s a great meal. This recipe makes about 12 servings… and it tastes even better the next day.
