We can presume that our health and wellness also falls into the hands of our parents (genetics), especially during gestation.
So if we want to actually show a path toward a healthy lifestyle, we need to take a few (MANY) steps backwards before we go forward. An embryo is effected by everything that goes into / around the mothers body. I would presume, thoughts would have a similar impact upon the fetus as with an individual. Surely I am not the first person to discover that health begins with THOUGHTS? All of the natural healers, yogis, medicine men & women have known this throughout history. The problem is, until science can prove it - the "intellectual mind" will not accept it as truth.
If we can, for the sake of this discussion "ASSUME" that humanity has already grasped a personal responsibility to keeping the body / mind / spirit in the best optimal shape to enjoy the "living" part of life - then we realize we have a role in our own health care. Each person, can no longer blame someone else ... they must step up and begin to invest time / energy / money in such a way that it actually benefits the < BODY >.
With the help of some thinking minds, we will be going back in time to map out what needs to be done for health to be a possibility for more than just a few at the top of the food chain. We can all have good health, but it does take effort.
