“Many have stopped smoking or have lung challenges that cause problems… here are some recommendations to revitalize lung tissue.”

Turmeric - Turmeric is wonderful for boosting our immune system, plus rids our body of cancer causing agents… and it soothes the lungs of inflammation. Take 3 - 500 mg capsules twice a day to build up your immune system.

Coltsfoot - Coltsfoot loosen everything in the lungs allowing it to be brought up… and brings lung tissue back to life. Take 20 drops of coltsfoot tincture twice daily for up to 10 days. 

Garlic - Garlic is amazing for boosting up our immune system and healing lung tissue. Take one full fresh organic garlic clove daily, crush it, cut it into pieces, it does not matter… take one clove daily. 

Elderberry - Elderberry juice is great for rejuvenating lung tissue and jump starting the immune system plus soothing away irritation. Take 1 or 2 teaspoon of elderberry juice daily. 

Mullen - Mullen which is used for colds and flues sooth away irritation… and jump start the healing process. Most people take mullen as a tincture, 4 or 5 drops  3 or 4 times a day. 

Astragalus Root - In Traditional Chinese Medicine Astragalus Root brings energy into the lungs and opens bronchioles so we can breath. Take one Astragalus Root 250 mg capsule 3 or 4 times a day for up to 10 days. 

Other Herbs - Other herbs that heal lung tissue after smoking are: Ballon Flower, Eucalyptus, Bromelian, Plum Flower, Chayote, Sterculia, Licorice Root, Plantain, Thyme, Goldenseal, Fennel, and even Chickweed.

Liver Cleans - Milk Thistle, Burdock Root, Activated Charcoal -  Cleans the body of all the chemicals and rejuvenate the liver. And a few charcoal capsules will help to cleans your GI tract of all the terrible toxins. Take two 200 mg capsules of milk thistle and two 500 mg capsules of burdock root daily for 10 days. Also take four 250 mg capsules of activated charcoal 3 times a week for 2 weeks.  

Probiotics - Get your colon on the right track too with probiotic capsules so you get your body in balance and start the healing process. Smoking kills good bacteria and thus it’s important to add new good bacteria into the gut. Find a probiotic supplement that contains 8 or more different bacteria and take 4 capsules daily for the first week and then tapper back to 2 per day.

At the beginning take 6 glasses daily of organic green veggie juice for the first week or two… then tapper back to 2 or 3 glasses a day. 

Eat Lots of Veggies - Eat lots of green veggies will heal your lungs… and always eat organic and none GMO foods. Stay way from wheat, barley, soda, caffeine (except green tea), sugar, artificial favors, colors, sweeteners, processed food, and fast food… they will all start your cravings.

Vitamin Supplement - Take a good vitamin supplement and with lots of vitamin C and B’s because your body needs these vitamins to heal.

Chlorella - Take 4,000 mgs of chlorella daily to build up your immune system. Chlorella contains over 60 different vitamins, minerals, supplements, and all the essential and none essential proteins that are important for the body.

Exercise - Exercise boosts our immune system, metabolism, endorphins, and body image and make us feel good. 

Destress - Find new ways of getting rid of stress, lots of people smoke because of stress… learn Meditation, QiGong, Yoga, Tai Chi, Martial Arts, and other relaxing endeavors will help you to feel at peace so you don’t smoke.
