This expression is about the letting go and letting god happen. In this experience the mind unleashes unprocessed memories, pain, and anxiety, while the devote sits, allows, and surrenders; knowing it will pass and truth of being can emerge.

saturation of divine -

to be fully present and aware

of sensations both rippling then

clutching at the fibers of being

sensations in the central core

unknown, unrelated, unaware of

its source yet present and actively

pursuing the mind and any means to distract it

to stay present, aware and experiencing

the intensity of emotions so raw

tears seem inadequate to cleanse

you may not reach for the tv to avoid it

nor music, or dance

there is no book, magazine, or email

you may not have tea or comfort oneself

with cake

no internet, videos, movies or car rides

no walking, or bathing, or sleeping

for to do so avoids the very penetration

of the experience

the blackness of the depths

the agony of despair

it is every grief of a thousand lifetimes

come to the surface of this realm

sensations near breakdown of the fabric

of physical reality

to muffle a prayer asking for help

would be cheating the glorious triumph

of allowing its presence and alleviating

the suffering only postpones its inevitable

recurrence and deeper momentum

no, this is a place reserved for warriors

of spirit, devotees ready to remove the

grids of imposed consciousness and

lifetimes of its existence, seekers of

divinity, followers upon the path homeward

the mind reels with obstruction, terror fills

the heart, the emptiness is overwhelming

yet one sits, allows, feels, experiences, observes

and surrenders never loosing sight that it will pass

the heaviness shall lift, the ache shall quiet,

the emotions will steady

and then, the frequency of a pure divine light

may descend....and breathe again

it is here now, arriving in every moment, do you feel it?

Hello Debbie, My only way to advise you on that is to use the editor from the blogger.com, if you have one.I am not that gifted at all on things, so I use either that or the editor over the yahoo groups..I know I did not help.. sorry!
