Here is a great herbal protocol for working with diabetes.
I have had lots of people with diabetes and it’s important to know you CAN get off of insulin and have a normal life.
Herbs do work and it’s very important to take advantage of these wonderful herbs that will heal your body.
Walking - Walking 5 miles a day... this may seem daunting task but I have had people 300 pounds start out with a few steps and work up to 7, 8, 10, and more miles a day.
Meditate - I have seen a direct correlation between stress and high blood sugar. In fact I have had people just get stressed by being in the hot sun and have their sugar shoot up to 300. And if they are emotionally stressed the same thing happens. The only thing I’ve found that helps is meditation. Taking 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening to concentrate on your breathing really works. And if a thought comes into your head say, “I see that and I will get back to that later” and go back to your breathing. Works like a charm to stabilize blood sugar and create calm in the mind/body... plus turn on good genes and turn off bad genes.
Whole Foods/Plant Based Diet - This diet is amazing and it will help you lose the weight and get on the road to recovery in a very short time. I have seen miracles happen! In fact I had a lady who saw some friends a while back (37 years later) and this lady who had gone on the diet looked great... and those old friends could not say enough about how great she looked. AM Herbs - Most people need to take Neem, Bitter Melon, and Gymnema sylvestre, and Shilajit every morning right after eating breakfast at 7 or 8 AM. You will have to adjust this as you go... takes a little doing to get going... so take it easy. Take your insulin and meds too and then when you have your sugar stay 90 all the time... start adding more herbs and cutting back on the meds and insulin. Remember always check with your doctor... their are some good doctors that will help you with this adjustment.
PM Herbs - May also need to take those same herbs in the evening, plus Seanol and Turmeric, and could add fenugreek too.
Additional Herbs - Also I recommend 1000 mgs L-Arginine, 3000 mgs of Chlorella, One or Two Cloves of Fresh Garlic each day.
Green Juicing - One 8 oz glass of green leafy veggie juice in the AM and one in the Afternoon. Could be kale, cabbage, turnip greens, collard greens, any of the leafy greens, it all does your body good.
Check and Adjust - Check your sugar at least 4 times a day... and adjust your herbs accordingly... if sugar is up, then take more herbs, if down take less.
Honey - Have honey on hand just in case your blood sugar drops.
All of these items can be found on-line... or you can ask for them at your local health food store.
Remember take the transition slow and check with your doctor.
This will take time... give it a year, this is not a quick fix, good things come to those who wait.
