“Sweet Wormwood or Artemisia Annua - for Cancer and Malaria”

Found - Sweet Wormwood is a plant that grows in Asia, Europe, and now in the US. Also called Sweet Annie in the West… it’s been used in Chinese Medicine for ages (called Ching-hao-su in Chinese Medicine) as a powerful healing agent. Most of the crop of sweet wormwood is grown in China… but it can be found in other parts of the world.

Long Use - In fact sweet wormwood goes all the way back to the 2nd century AD as a healing herb.

Different Types - Sweet wormwood is not the same as regular wormwood… so make sure you have the right herb.

Malaria - Sweet Wormwood has been shown to be up to 90% effective in treating malaria in clinical trials… and that’s an outstanding number because malaria is very difficult to treat. In fact in Ethiopia sweet wormwood is part of their normal protocol for treating malaria because it’s very effective. It contains artemisinin which works together with the iron in the malaria parasite… thus killing the parasite. Sweet wormwood has been used for over 400 years to cure malaria in China.

Big pharma disputes these claims so you will have to make up your own mind. It’s very inexpensive so perhaps there’s no money to be made.

And now there are some people growing large amounts of sweet wormwood to give to the world health organisation at cost to be able to treat the millions of people in Africa with malaria.

Cancer - In studies sweet wormwood has been used successfully for treating cancer and especially breast and prostate cancer… and their seems to be some hope for leukemia too. Sweet wormwood stops cancer cell growth and kills cancer cells.

Professor Henry Lai did research with sweet wormwood with cancer and found that the agent artemisinin which is part of sweet wormwood… killed all cancer cells within 16 hours his findings were published in The Journal of Life Sciences.

Sweet Wormwood is very inexpensive (under $3 per dose) and was never given approval as a cancer drug… could it be that there’s no money in it? That’s a very good question. It seems to work in a similar way to oxygen therapy for healing health problems.

Dr. Lai had a dog with bone cancer and treated the dog with sweet wormwood. The dog made a complete recover in 5 days, when X-rays were taken the cancer was gone… and 2 years later the dog was still doing great.

Anti-inflammatory - Sweet wormwood is a good anti-inflammatory agent making it great for arthritis, joint pain, and swelling.

Immune Boosting Agent - Sweet wormwood also boosts your immune system and thus helps with keeping way diseases such as cardiovascular disease, strokes, and cancer. Plus it can helps to keep way colds and flues and shorten their duration.

GI - Sweet wormwood increases digestive enzyme production thus helping to promote good digestion and also helps with gastritis, stomach cramps, and stomach problems in general.

Antibacterial, Antiviral, and Anti-fungal - Sweet wormwood also is a great antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-fungal agent that helps to kill and subdue invading bacteria, viruses, and fungi.

Liver - Sweet wormwood is a good liver protecting herb that helps with hepatitis and can help with gallbladder inflammation.

Parasites - Sweet wormwood has also been show to be effective against intestinal parasites.

Skin - Used topically sweet wormwood is great for rashes, abcesses, nose bleeds, psoriasis, and boils.

Nerve Pain - Some also find sweet wormwood effective for nerve pain.

Some suggest taking 25 to 50 mgs 4 times a day in capsule form… and sweet wormwood should not be taken within 2 hours of vitamin and mineral supplements.

Side Effects - To date there are no real side effects.

Edible - Sweet wormwood can also be used in salads and has been used in Asian dishes for ages. And the leaves of the plant have been used in flavouring alcoholic drinks.
