If we turn away from our thoughts and feelings... they become imbedded within the mind,
but if we witness our mind... thoughts come and go like flowing water.
Sit and name what’s being experiencing in the mind, become aware of all thoughts.
For mind regulates all energy and information...
and attention and awareness regulates mind.
And meditation cultivates the mind... bringing attention and awareness to the mind.
Thus we are able to overcome constant thinking and regulate our abundance of knowledge.
Which brings about peace!
