Someone said, “We should teach our children Empathy” and went on to explain that children would then have compassion.
But in reality if we teach them to be “Vulnerable”... vulnerability leads to having feelings, which leads to having experiences that help them grow as human beings... thus they too would have Empathy and Compassion for others.
Not only that... they would have a great love for themselves and a huge amount of friends... because people love being around someone who cares.
When life knocks them down they would be able to get up one more time... because being vulnerable means that they are open to new experiences. Plus, they know sooner of later they will get hurt, betrayed, or something else that will cause them pain... but being vulnerable means they accept their pain... and know that suffering is truly being human.
They know that suffering makes them grow.
Plus vulnerability allows them to accept their feelings, which allows them to really feel what others are going through... thus they’re moved to stop wars, hunger, and strife. Thus the world would be totally different, it would be a place where everyone cares.
