The world is a constant and revolving, never resting distributor of events that constantly make us, as humans, question our faith, our way and our destinies. All too often we are faced, and many times at the worst possible moments, with situations and tragedies that make us wonder what it all means, where we all go, and why we're all here. We're faced with untimely deaths, illness, struggles and unhappiness that require us to step back and re evaluate our own lives, our interactions with loved ones and the limits of our own strengths. We wonder at times why we may feel so blessed in some areas and devastated in others and consider that there must be a reason, a meaning or a synchronicity that will define our troubles, explain them and hence give closure to these contradictions to our existence as spiritual and human beings. The truth is that there are no answers that serve to define or justify these difficult times. We are all on a path that is unique and specific to our soul's purpose and only there will we find answers, within ourselves and for ourselves. We must look within and find peace with our paths and those of others around us. The great oneness of our existence offers only one consolation, that through the actions, experiences and paths of loved ones we can come to understand that although we may never be given solid logical reasons for events in our lives, they are all experienced as a gift toward further appreciation of them, the loved we give and receive and the lessons we have learned through the witnessing of others' paths as they cross our own. There are angels, spirit guides, crossed loved ones and many, many beings among us through which solace and consolation can be obtained. Finding peace is not linear. It is a gathering of strengths and resources both human and spiritual that take time and a soul's ultimate and intimate understanding and acceptance. Life begins, maintains, and ends in the presence of love from beings both on our plane and others. A new kind of expression of love must be entertained in the aftermath of the death of a loved one. A love of purely spiritual interaction. Although the tangible actions and expressions of love will be missed, when your heart is full, and made even stronger by the physical absence of another, the spirit soars and the energy grows and an even deeper and more "real" expression of love remains. We are but beings of energy encased in a shell, made often to feel imprisoned by them in the face of human dealings such as these. Expand your energy to feel the presence of your loved ones both in this world and the next. In time, you will begin to heal. In the meantime, the utilization of the love and prayers around you will help to sustain your strength and honor the energy that feels so sorely missed. All my love and healing energy to those who currently walk in grief. Please, be comforted.
